Made an appointment online over a week ago, I received an email confirmation & a text confirmation. I live 40 minutes away from this location. I showed up 5 minutes early for my appointment time. I waiting until 15 minutes after my appointment time. Doors locked and no one is in the office. I called customer service number and they had no other location available for other appointments today. They had no idea why that office is not opened. Ridiculous.

While they were knowledgeable about tax filing, I didn't appreciate the judgmental commentary regarding my income. I moved to NH just a few months before Covid hit. I lost everything: my job, my apt., and regaining employment here has been incredibly challenging. I've been met with one hurdle after the next, and everything that could go wrong, did. Therefore, I didn't need to hear commentary like, 'God, I don't know how someone survives on so little money,' or 'so you're just a delivery person for yet another delivery service,' while filing my taxes - an already stressful process. I paid $200+ to get my taxes done while someone makes me feel even more defeated than I already am. Will never go back.

Waited 15 minutes after my appointment time for them to tell me they cannot help me amend my 2021 taxes because they are too busy and only doing current year taxes. She claimed she does not have time to help me today, even though we had an hour scheduled and she was 15 minutes late to start the appointment. Unprofessional and a waste of time.

It was easy to set up an appointment time and received confirmation via text. The gentleman at the front checked us in and seemed pleasant. Didn't wait long, and our tax professional was ready to see us back right on time. He was pleasant and friendly throughout the whole process.

Do NOT have your taxes prepared here, I had a real issue with person who did my 2022 taxes.When completed they were supposed to file them. I kept an eye on my bank account to see if the IRS had taken the fund from my bank. I emailed my representative on Feb 27th I didn’t receive a reply until March 2nd, stating she will “ look into it “ No follow up what so ever, I sent a subsequent email asking for follow up march 11th today is the 13 STILL NO FOLLOW UP!I do not think the person preparing my taxes did me any favors in deductions department, I will never use them in the future
