This is an amazing florist that I try to visit every time I'm in Concord. Most notable is that the florist has a large walk-in cooler where you can build your own bouquets. The flower selection is always fresh, with a wide array of staples and seasonal choices. The prices are quite modest for such an outstanding service and I routinely make full bouquets for $30-40 that last for 7-10 days in full bloom.

Cobblestone prepared our wedding bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, and boutonnieres & corsages. Rick helped us identify some good candidates among their extensive in-store floral collection, and guided us through ribbon selection etc. The pieces themselves were exquisite! The boutonnieres and corsages stayed together well, and the bouquets were a dream. They accommodated using cuttings from the wedding gown in the bridal bouquet, as well as some custom hand crafted paper flowers in the bouquet as well, which made the bouquet a little more personalized. They were able to deliver within a short range of Concord -- much appreciated for our otherwise hectic wedding day! We were highly pleased with the floral arrangements and would recommend them to anyone in the greater Concord area for wedding floral needs.

I tried to place an order to a friend this week through FTD and they canceled my ordered without fulfilling, so I tried to find a local place. I placed an order with cobblestone design this morning- the process was incredibly easy, the delivery fee was not exorbent, the flowers look exactly as the photo, if not better, and the flowers were delivered quickly, ensuring my friend got them before she left work for the day. Very impressed! Thank you so much!

I think the photo speaks for itself! These were purchased on Thursday, already took out one dead flower, the rest are looking pretty sad Would have expected better from cobblestone!

Such a great store. Absolutely love the ability to walk into their fridge and pick out flowers you like and have them put it together for you with greenery in order to make a bouquet. It lets you get the absolute perfect look based on your tastes. I recently moved and realized this was not common in flower stores and was so bummed. Wish more stores were like cobblestone!

Beautiful store. Amazing flowers, real and fake options. Very nice decor items and gifts. I found it a little overpriced.

This store has some wonderful decorative items, but I was disappointed in the attitude of the man who rang up my sale. I purchased $188 of artificial flowers and decorative items, but when I expressed my desire for how I would like the breakable items wrapped he said, “I was going to do that. I HAVE done this once or twice before.” It was not just what he said, but how he said it which I found offensive and disrespectful. I am from Long Island, and needed to know the items would be appropriately wrapped and protected for the trip home. I wish I could heartily recommend this store, as I truly like to support local businesses, but I felt as though my business was not appreciated, and that I had been treated rudely. Had he said it with a smile, and an attitude of assurance, I might feel differently, but I felt as though I was putting him out to have asked for my items to be wrapped. Too bad, as it left a bad taste in my mouth for future visits to Concord. I also stopped by Homebody, down the street from Cobblestone, and found the customer service there to be the opposite. I worked with Hannah and the owner; showing them pictures of the space I’m decorating, and they were so helpful in finding just the right items for me. When I asked about having them wrapped, Hannah was very gracious, and wrapped them beautifully with a smile and positive attitude. Homebody will get my business next time I am in town.

Refused to do my daughters prom corsage because Mother’s Day was more important and they need to catch up. Thanks Tony for your lack in empathy. Horrible customer service.

Cobblestones has been a favorite of ours for years. They recently did all the flowers for our wedding and I couldn't have asked for more. Rick listened to what we wanted, and they made it happen. The arrangements were gorgeous - exactly what we knew Cobblestones would do. Thank you for what you did in making our special day perfect!

I purchased an arrangement of flowers for my mother on my way down to Mass. Two weeks later, I went down for a visit, and the flowers looked as good as the day I bought them. Great service!! Awesome purchase ?Tracey

We were out enjoying the Midnight Merriment Celebration tonight and having a great time but our experience at Cobblestone ruined our night. Before tonight it was one of my favorite stores. It was crowded and hot so my daughter said she would wait for me in the lobby. I saw so many great things. One item caught my eye. It was $95. I took a photo of it and planned to come back for it later. I was so excited showing my daughter the photo in the lobby when a worker interrupted us "Did you buy everything in the store?" Uh I wasn't quite sure what he meant by that. I said noooo but I saw something I liked and excitedly showed him the photo. He was not interested and proceeded to say he needed me to open my jacket. I thought he was joking. I said "Are you serious?" He said "Yes". He didn't ask anybody else to open their jackets. Accused of shoplifting!! I was the only Asian in the store. Was he being racist? I don't know. It was one or the other or both. After I unzipped my jacket and he saw that I was not hiding anything he didn't even apologize. I will not longer be shopping there and will share my experience with everyone I know. They lost a $95 sale.
