I am so happy I chose them to service my cars. Cassie and the service team are always very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The phone update is grate on keeping up with the work that is done too. I will always recommend them.

I'm from NJ and was in the area this weekend visiting relative and had a rear brake caliper lock Saturday morning. I called VIP and spoke to Cassie and was pleasantly surprised when I was told they could take my car Sunday and had no problem getting the part.
Cassie was knowledgeable, friendly, listened and really was pleasure to work with. The following day I brought my car in and had it looked at and repaired exactly as advised and was able to get back home safely.
If I lived in the area, I'd have no hesitation making this location my go to repair shop.
In a time where getting good customer service seems to be hard to find. Cassie and the VIP team knocked it out of the park.

Great crew, great service! Been going to this location for two years now and never had an issue! My shocks were giving the crew a hard time and they stayed 3 hours after closing to get my car squared away! Greatly appreciated! Would recommend to a friend.

Recently i came to this VIP location as a new customer and have never been treated so nicely. i had a problem with my oil leaking and didn’t know what to do, but Cassie and Jeremy got me in and solved my issue in less than an hour. I will definitely come back with any future car issues!

Had a weekend crisis with a flat tire late Saturday night. Steve at VIP in Claremont was so accommodating. they took my tire in first thing Sunday morning and as I suspected new tires were needed. He had them in stock and everything was completed by Sunday afternoon. Couldn't have asked for better service. this was my first time but certainly won't be my last visiting VIP Tires of Claremont. thanks to Steve and the team.

I trust the team over at the Claremont VIP. Back when I was having engine issues with my old car they worked hard to get to the bottom of the issue that allowed me to hang onto the car a little longer until I finally traded it in. They always provide great service.

They were not able to fix my problem so they refunded my money. The manager, Jeremy is a stand up guy. I'll be back for tires. Thank you for the great customer service!

Girl that works here kept staring at my husband he got sure uncomfortable and it made me uncomfortable to evry time we come in here she does it and I don’t like it

Have been using vip since last five years . Always been a fan of their customer service and top notch service. Front desk folks are always there to help however they can.
