If I could give zero stars I would do it. The postman never delivers the packages. There is always a problem with the delivery and on top of that, he often sends the packages back to the sender instead of just leaving them in the office for people to pick up their package. It's totally disappointing

No mail delivery. Waiting on package that is at post office for over a week. Told it will get there still nothing. I go there they won’t give me packages. No wonder UPS is going under.

Worst postal service ever. So unorganized. Packages are never on time. Had to request a refund after my package was out for delivery for 3 days. All my neighbors received their items except me. USPS should stick to mailing letters.

Watched the mail man pull up to my mail box, put envelopes in it, then pull up to my drive way. Did he get out and put the package that I’ve been expecting for a month on the porch? No. He saw my parents outside and honked. Conveniently though our neighbors were mowing their lawn so my parents didn’t hear the honk. He sat there and waited not even 10 seconds before driving off with my package. It’s your job to put the package on the porch or lawn, or if you see the person, bring the package to them. I have dogs, and sure they may be barking and I know it’s a real scare when you see a boxer barking, but if he is locked on the porch then he isn’t getting out. Go to the back porch or put it on the steps. It’s your job.

Can’t answer the phone at 430 on a Friday when closed at 5. And can’t re send packages when the mail box is damaged the day before and fixed immediately. And was also told my packages weren’t there and don’t know where they are after a “attempted delivery notification. No effort being made to help the community or the people in it by any means. There should be a 0 star rating option for this place.

Extreme neglect, atleast once a week I have to take time off work and go get my packages because they just don't deliver them. They always say out for delivery, then about 530 it goes to the Your package is available for pick-up.

I just moved here. It’s an efficient post office in a central part of Charlestown. The people who work there are very friendly and welcoming.

I have a huge porch with covering and this is what the mail man does to my mail box. I think it’s a bit lazy that he can’t leave it on the porch or leave a note to have me pick it up! I’m not paying for a new box because of his neglect
