Julie is amazing to work with! We drove up from Cape Cod on Labor Day and she was more than welcoming towards us. We saw one a her vehicle and fell in love, came back the same week to purchase. She went above and beyond for us and working with our schedule. I’ve honestly never met a more warming and honest business women like Julie. Wishing she was closer to us. From the beginning Julie was prompt and extremely knowledgeable about her inventory.
I was treated like family and they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
There was terrible weather coming and I needed snow tires put on at the last minute. Not only did they put the wheels and tires on the car but I was charged nothing for the install. Not to mention the ride from the airport…
JR auto sales takes pride in the work they do and it shows 100%
I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car.

Julie is top notch in all areas! I highly recommend her to everyone! She is honest, transparent, well-educated in auto mechanics and will go out of her way to make you feel welcome and to build a long-term relationship. This was, by far, the best used car buying experience my husband and I have ever had! Julie is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. You can tell, both from the vehicles themselves and Julie’s explanation of how the cars are inspected and repaired (if need be)before she sells them, that you are going to get a safe and reliable car from JR Auto Sales. I knew immediately that we were in good hands with Julie. As a fellow female car buff, I enjoyed chatting about cars with her. Best of all, the car buying process was so simple! The car we bought is exactly what we wanted and for a good price. In the used car industry, there are slicksters and careless salesmen who sell vehicles that have not been properly evaluated for resale. This is the exact opposite of what you will experience when you buy from Julie. The car we bought from her was clean, safe, and reliable. Her expert mechanic carefully goes through every vehicle before Julie sells it. The car we purchased almost seemed to sell itself, but I know that it was really because of Julie’s good eye for excellent cars and her meticulous attention to detail that we got such a good car. I have already recommended her to family members, and I recommend JR Auto Sales to you, too!

I recently bought a used 2011 Dodge Caliber from her and it was an amazing experience. She is so wonderful, kind and helpful and she truly cares about her customers. I spent a while looking all around for a car that met a number of requirements that I needed in a car and i found it with her. Shortly after buying the car there was a slight issue with it and she went above and beyond to do everything she could to help and make it right (now it's running perfectly and nothing is wrong.!).I have 2 kids under 2 years old and it is very important to me to drive them in a car I know is safe for them. I'm so happy that I found such a great car and also a honest and caring place to buy from in the future!
