Love supporting local rather than big box stores when an option. This place had everything that I needed to replace some old barn parts that had rotted out. That being said, rudest and most unhelpful customer service I have encountered. Was my first time there, was pointed to multiple locations on a grainy and shitty aerial shot of where to located needed items. Little to no signage, no yard help, came back to check out and treated with attitude and disrespect from BOB. Likely to use again as they have good lumber, but as a last resort,will probably use other places first!

Expect rude service and to be hung up on if you don't know exactly what you need. Thought it would be a good place to inquire about material to build a fence but I guess I was wrong. I honestly don't think I've ever had such bad service.
