First of all, I am MARTHA Karrick and I don’t know why this has my husband’s name or how to fix it....
MINI of Bedford has an outstanding staff. Since I bought my (second) MINI about 10 years ago, this dealership, at least for me, has been exemplary. The employees CARE.
Case in point: I brought my car in for the NH inspection and a couple of other minor things which we decided to postpone until July, the ‘we’ being myself and Ed West. Ed is an Assistant Service Manager and has guided me through major and minor dilemmas for all the years I’ve been a client there. He is a rock. Extremely bright, sensible, logical. You have a prize in that man.
Last point: After asking Ed about re-pairing my phone to my car, he referred me to Van Vanderbeck, whom I believe is a sales associate. He introduced himself, sat in my car, did the pairing and showed me how to do it. An extremely personable man. I hadn’t met him before yesterday, but you also have a winner with this gentleman.

I brought my car in for service and everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and fully stocked with snacks and drinks. Also plenty of options for privacy.

Updating this post
I bought my third Mini from John He is great. I saw the new color, Ocean Wave Green, and John helped me find the exact one I wanted. I got to follow it being built and traveling across the pond. All the details were handled ahead of time. I just had to sign and drive. And I LOVE my new Mini!!!!

I went to have service on my car and explore the lot for maybe a new Mini. John was absolutely great and we found the perfect Mini for me. Drove home with the new car. No pressure sales and everyone was so helpful This is my second car that I bought from John. He is a great guy and very honest salesman.

My first visit was fine. Then they never called to let me know my order was in. Years later I scheduled service for a dead battery. 5 hours after approving a battery replacement , software update and oil change I got my car back complete with a check engine light and an oil service due light still on. When I brought it to their attention they responded “well that’s not good”.
I looked online and reset the oil light myself, I hope that the oil actually was replaced. No one in the office makes you feel valued and this makes all of this that much more frustrating.
