Owner/Manager? S_____, had been in retail for over 40 years, did not consign 1 "PERUVIAN CONNECTION" dress for me as he had never heard of the PC brand, said it was not a "designer brand. (They did have an overload of average dresses but my dress was the finest and should have been considered. PERUVIANCONNECTION.COM

Working in customer service I understand that customers can be difficult sometimes but being courteous shouldn't need to be taught to the employee. As a customer the quality of the clothing is great, a little overpriced for kids cloths when kids are just going to go outside and get stains but great for what they have available. The Service though leaves much to be desired, if you need assistance of any time I would suggest not asking unless you are dressed to the max otherwise you are not treated the same. As a consigner, I spoke with 4 people at 2 different times and checked the website multiple times to ensure that I met all the requirements before sending my items down for my time slot after playing with my kids so I had marker on my hands from coloring and my comfortable sweater on only to be told that there was a limit to how many items that they would consign at one time which hadn't been told to me previously. This would have been fine had I know beforehand then the woman at the counter glanced at my items and sneered. My mother used to bring me shopping here when I was a child because it was an affordable shop with family values. Now I will not be bringing my family or my business in for fear of being discriminated against if we don't look the part look of the area.

The sell lots of almost like new clothing. As well as crafters selling their hand made goods.I really like the display of Heavenly Creations Designs who buys raw materials and creates a variety of earrings to sell at very low and reasonable prices.I talked to him as he was restocking 1 day and it's a hobby not a business. He's not into it for the money, but to keep himself occupied on rainy days, and winter time, or at night as he use to work late shifts for 25 years and does get sleepy until around 3:00 AM.He is now using Titanium wires for making his own ear wires. Which is better for those with sensitive ears.The prices run from $10.00 to $25.00 and he use to belong to the League Of NH Craftsmen for about 1 year, but their markup was 45% and they did not like his style of ear wires. well, i absolutely love what this store stands for and also have bought some good stuff there. i no longer feel the need to go to new clothes stores. One negative - i don't find the shopping experience great because the music is just too loud...i have to leave after 15 mins..it distracts from the browsing/buying. would be great if they could turn it down a notch or 2. they wouldn't lose customers, only gain some imo. that's the only thing that keeps it from 5 stars.
