Lozier Glass is the best!! I had received a vase for a wedding present that had mine and my husbands name and wedding date on it 5 years ago. I gave one to my daughter-in-law to be as a birthday gift! They are beautiful and Brenda was so VERY helpful! Such gorgeous, personalilzed gifts!! Highly recommend!!

I purchase a beautifully painted giraffe mug for my daughter as a gift. When I returned home and opened the box the mug was damaged. I was really upset since I made the purchase 2 hrs away from where I purchase it. I contacted the company via their website and the response was fabulous. I received a response within hours of contact, on a Sunday. They were easy to work with by email and over the phone. I had my new mug shipped to me in a couple of days and it was even personalized!
