We bought a beautiful sofa bed couch at The Brick in Woodstock. It was delivered yesterday and it's perfect for us. Great Service in-store and the Delivery was on time - we actually didn't realize how big the couch was so the guys had another delivery close to us. They were both so kind and did their other delivery and came back to our house which worked out perfectly. My husband had to remove the railing on the stairs and no problems at all. We love our new pull out sofa bed!!!

Amazing experience , we relocated from ON and Woodstock helped us rectify the disaster order the brick in ON made !! . Super friendly staff , they went above and beyond to make sure we got a refund from ON, purchase and order appliances in our budget and prioritized delivery . Delivery guys were awesome too ! Delivery & set up super quick and friendly service . Woodstock Brick is our new go too . Thank you

I went in to buy a washer and dryer & was served both by Arthur and Meagan which so far so good works great... While my visit, I saw a living room set that I really liked and ordered that as well. I was told it would be in the next Saturday and it was in on Thursday! The living room set is great and the service was AMAZING my wife says especially with Meagan. Thank you for the great service Arthur & Meagan

Hi there!
We are constant repeat customers at this location. They always offer fast, prompt, knowledgeable service!
The sales people are genuine and fun! We have been there so many times both for ourselves and others.
In our experience they have always bent over backward to ensure all our requirements and expectations are met and surpassed!
Their sales are huge! Not 20.00 off as I just saved 1000 dollars on the Cadillac of couches!
These guys are highly recommended and we already have our next purchase picked out!

We have bought various products from here and I understand that they have limited storage space and we have to order and wait BUT when it is shown as in stock at this store online and when you go to buy they tell you that means in stock in Montreal and will NOT sell you the display model and replace it with a new one that they can order, it.tells me that Customer service is not a top priority.
