This a great store and ussaly everyone is very polite and helpful working on the floor, but for some reason BONNIE that works in customer service is the worst with customers! She had 0 patients and is very rude, felt like we were pulling teeth just trying to exchange a chair. Unfortunately this is not the first awful experience with her.

Went there with my dog and I had some big items to buy. The lady went and picked out the items we both went out and loaded it on my truck and I can’t say enough how appreciated I was to these people in Canadian tire thank you. See you again.

Extremely per friendly! They even give treats. The owner is very helpful and asks if you need help. Great staff.

We were in and right to the cash with a new airconditioner. Was helped with a very informative and helpful floor worker
However when we got to the cash it was quite slower paced.
That may have been more in the customer ahead rather then the cashier though

Over all I like Canadian Tire and the majority of the employees are amazing. However today I was checking out and the cashier was rude, snappy, and over all unpleasant. She not only rolled her eyes at me more then once, she yelled at another cashier, ripped things out of my hand and made the whole experience just awfully honestly. I believe her name was Shelly.
