Dropped by during my stay at Harrahs and what a terrible experience. I haven't been able to catch anyone there during the times I walked by and was super excited once there was an attendant working. I have fairly small fingers fitting around a 3-5 ring size depending on which finger. I wear 5 rings on any given day, I love to be able to switch them out with others. To get to the point here there was a gold ring that I asked to try on and within moments I was asked "Well, are you going to buy it?" Initially I was, I also wanted to try on a few other rings but that was a big turn off. That isn't customer service and frankly it isn't very nice to say. I try to understand where people are coming from usually and so I just laughing and said I haven't even had the chance to try it on. Which then she asked again "yea but are you going to buy it?" I was kind of embarrassed by how rude she was to me that I just handed it back no matter how much I wanted the ring, I couldn't give someone so rude my business.

Unethical marketing tactics along with a zero return policy that the customer service rep fails to bring to your attention even when asked directly... When we asked her about refunding if we were not happy and also what the company does for the client if a gem falls out of the setting... the sales woman responding by saying she was unsure and that she would email us the policy. We canceled this purchase the same day because we made a poor snap decision in store and regretted the purchase immediately, especially once we did more research... We haven't even received the item yet, requested a refund same business day and have been denied any refund. She claims all sales are final but an no point during the sales process did we learn this and were lied to directly to our faces when we asked about the return policy.Do not shop here. Period.
