My go-to for groceries because prices are the best if they actually have what you need in stock, but so much stuff is locked behind glass now. In multiple visits I have waited for 10 minutes to get a cabinet unlocked, pressing the button multiple times, and no one shows up. At this point I just order stuff online from another retailer if I see it behind glass, I would much rather pay more than waste my time. Also, whose idea was it to put the seed packets ten feet off the ground in the outdoors section?

They have a wide selection of items in different categories, generally fairly priced. My only issue is the fact they have a good majority of items locked up. It would be fine if the staff would actually come and unlock it when you need it. 90% of the time you have to track someone down who may or may not have a key to unlock it.

I'm disabled but Securitas van driver with a Hitler mustache almost had me towed away ... there were no scooters in the parking lot ... the walk to the pharmacy from my car was too far for my very painful legs and feet !!!

While this Walmart is my go-to location, it too is unfortunately going downhill like many of the other locations. It is nicely located and I do appreciate it's easy access (minus the current road construction, but that is no fault of the store). I usually have pleasant interactions with the staff. However, it seems they are always low stock on items and they are locking more and more stuff up just like the other locations. I understood when they moved the makeup to it's own department, but now, every single cabinet is locked up! I wanted to look at hair ties for my daughter, but I refuse to sit and have to wait for someone to come unlock it, then make it a separate purchase at that counter. I gave up on the idea of having someone come unlock a cabinet a few years ago when I tried to purchase pregnancy tests and sat around waiting for no one to show up after pressing the call button. The store isn't as clean as it used to be and the bathrooms are always a mess. Their children's clothing section is usually in order, which is nice, as well as the shoes. The chicken restaurant inside is nothing special - the food is bland and the staff aren't friendly. They also have a lot of their self-check out stations closed which is highly inconvenient when that's what the majority of the store is now. I'm sad to see this location in this state as it was one of the better ones in town. I hope that it'll come back to it's original state.

I'm giving them one star because there is nothing lower. Walmart shipped a package through FedEx here in Reno, NV but failed to put my address on it, all it had was Sparks, NV. So FedEx picked an address and delivered it to who knows who. I guess they thought some randon house looked like a good place to leave my package!!! When I was notified that my package was delivered along with a photo of someone's door... I called to ask where it had been delivered and that it wasn't my house. They said oh that happenes, there was no address so some house was picked. They couldn't go and get it because they apparently didn't know where they left it. And why they just picked a house to drop it off to remains a mystery!! So some unknown person got a free electric skillet and they have to idea why!!! FedEx still hasn't explained why they did this!! Walmart, who failed to put my street address on the package in the first plase had no clue as to what to do nor would they call FedEX to fix the problem. I finally got someone at Walmart that actually knew what they were doing and got a refund. However someone still has a package they never ordered for free!!

I dropped off a couple of VHS tapes in the latter part of July to be converted to DVDs. In a month, because I hadn't heard anything, I called. They told me they hadn't been sent out yet, so I told them I was going to come in to the store to pick them up. A few days later, when I tried to retrieve them, I was told that they had been shipped a few days earlier. That was the latter part of August. Starting in October, I tried calling the store, but could never get through to the department - got passed around until I gave up. Today, two and a half months later, I went to the store. After at least a 15 minute wait for someone to help me, the woman rummaged around trying to find out what happened to my VHS tapes. They were in the drawer, where the original clerk placed them in July. Nothing had been done at all. I was lucky to have retrieved them. Sorry, Walmart. I won't be shopping at your store again.

I will not be returning to this location. From the being overcharged and then the employees with unprofessional customer service, I'm surprised there's not more complaints and reviews on here. Make sure to check every item you scan through the self check out. An item that was supposed to be .66 cents, rang up at $4.66. Another item that was supposed to be .25 cents, rang up at $3.99. C'mon wally, get your prices right!! I asked the young boy that was watching the self checkout, why don't they fix these errors. His reply, "it's walmart"! I mean that was funny but unprofessional answer. The girl at the customer service was extremely not intelligent to be nice about it. I asked her why are these items coming up at $4.66, her reply, "because you bought a six pack of them". I said, you only see two right not six? She just looked at me and said, I'll refund you but those produce guys are lazy and not doing their job. So much for standing up for the company and co-workers. I think I'll pay the extra and shop elsewhere!

i've been calling for 2 weeks for a question and I am disabled I am unable to drive and I have no transportation I have called for the past two weeks. No one picks up the phone. I even called their corporate number and the employee there told me that they have to call their personal cell phone number just to get a hold of them the last time I was there I have seen so many employees, but yet nobody at the registers nobody at Customer Service all of them are just running around, either talking among themselves, or doing stocking

Walmart is known for its nationwide stores and name, but certain individual stores are just worse than usual. This location is definitely one of those. Mainly because nothing is ever in stock it's just out of control that this place can never keep anything in stock. The second problem with this place is the delivery or online ordering which never works the way it's supposed to either they have to substitute something cuz they don't have it or the inept single digit IQ clerks that go grab the stuff don't know what they're looking for so they just give up and don't even get the item. Ridiculous! On more than five occasions now since I've used the delivery service they have delayed my delivery or they just didn't deliver it at all! This is ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable since there are certain items that I needed that day. I made complaints to corporate Walmart about this and something needs to be done.

5 Million starts to Linda she was working the the shampoo isle. She took her time walking with us around the store to try and help us find the bug spray we were looking for. We couldn't find it but she went above and beyond and didn't just point us in a direction. Thank you Linda you made us feel like important guests at your store. Management I hope you know you have an amazing Team member and she should be recognized.

Not sure how this Walmart is still in business. Everything is terrible minus the convenience. Seriously wish we would get a competent superstore out here that has delivery and pickup options. This Walmart is a joke, don't waste ur time! 0000 stars if I could

Love This Walmart bec very close from my house . But lately all these shoppers ( such as instacart) takes all stuff leaving nothing for walk in shoppers . Yesterday they have The vendors for spectrum internet , he hustles n coerced me into signing up by following me all over The Store. Wasnt too Happy why Walmart would let vendors follow customers forcing them into signing up for internet. I end up signing up so he would shut up but when I got home he didnt disclosed me everything so I call spectrum customers Service to cancel !!! He wasted my time forgot few groceries too

saw this display of vacuums says was 21.98 now 59. so I tell a associate why would I pay more then then the was price. I would like the was price as advertise. so after being passed to 6 different people. I was able to speak to Sophia. Sophie tells me the 21.98 is how much I'm saving. so I said it was the price it was! so then she gets big man Larry the manager who refused to come and speak with me and has passed it off to 6 others. so manager Larry finally comes up and says it was 21.98 and they raised the price to $59! what kind of idiots do you have running this store? how hard would it be to admit you made a mistake, honor it and fix it?!

Came in to get a money order.. apparently only 1 person is authorized to do them. Jared was that 1 person, as he made his way to the front of the store he was stopped by someone who chatted with him about nothing relevant to the store or shopping, making my kids and I wait as well as 4-5 other people in line. LAME!!!

This is the walmart closest to where I live so it's convenient. Before, it was sooo hard shopping there even for pickup but it's soooo quick now. On the inside they've made split payments easier too. It's mostly self checkout which isn't horrible because I like my space and I stay to myself Plus nobody all in my grill while I do the split payments. I feel like they are making a lot of all around progress here.
