Dirt bags. Scum. Thief’s. Purveyors of junk. These guys will bill you twice, ignore your calls an if you’re lucky maybe they ship you a busted pos, poorly welded cheap junk. Absolutely the worst name in the business…then they text you with deals that don’t exist. If I lived in the same state I’d call the cops and file a lawsuit. You’ve been warned

I have purchased a lot of parts from mishimoto. Radiator coolant hoses turbo precooler hoses ect. The one that failed were the lines set that goes to the trans cooler for 7.3 powerstrokes F350 4r100 ect. When the hose failed it blew most of the 18 quarts of the transmission fluid all over my truck. The tow was 250 the fliud "shaffers trans fluid" 300. I replaced the hoses with better quality lines . 165 on new hoses and clamps . 4hrs of my time removing there junk and putting a real quality hose on . They said they would send me a new set of hoses. Due to a recall. Would have been nice if they had notified me. Well why would I put somthing there having problems with back on my truck. I wont buy any more of there products.

Radiator failed im sure they will blame the auto mobile or charge for shipping me for another $10 radiator I already spent $700. charge fees for a replacement no thanks you advertise your better then the rest so prove it.

Mishimoto was nice enough to sponsor my vehicle and help out ordering everything for my cooking needs. Not only that, they have previously made courtesy calls regarding a product I previously ordered, or an order placed on back order, which is something I have NEVER seen when ordering performance parts for ANY of my vehicles! I look forward to continuing working with Mishimoto as they have always provided a pleasant experience and also look forward to seeing Mishimoto and all my friends’ cars as Mishimoto is definitely the way to go! Fr their customer service department, to the sponsorships. I have always left satisfied. Thanks Mishimoto!
