Needed bloodwork soon for a procedure and no appointments available so went in when they opened as a walk-in hoping for the best! Got checked in soon, friendly responsive front desk care. Waited a half hour to get called in, blood drawn quickly, barely felt it! So glad this lab is close to home, easy to access and not a bad wait time!

I went this morning for labs and thought I'd beat the rush. So, everyone else had the same idea, and it was a bit busy, but check-in was easy and quick, and I really didn't wait that long. My lab tech was super friendly and she went into my arm so well, I didn't even know she had a needle in me. I don't have to do this often, but I frequently have a good experience at this lab every single time from start to finish!

Reception personnel and blood draw staff are welcoming and helpful for both lab and urgent care. I gave been coming to this location for a decade. It is very convenient.

I have already been here for an hour and still have not been checked in for the lab. There are four other workers standing around having a personal conversation that all visitors can hear while one worker checks people in for the lab. The gal checking people in is taking 15+ minutes to check in each visitor. This office is not effiecent or proffesional at all.

Get to the lab at 6 am, line around the corner and they only have one person checking appointments and walk-ins for labs and urgent care. It's probably not Renowns failure that people don't want to work, but the patient clearly suffers.

Very slow, it takes them a hour to process and check in four people. They usually only have one person checking in and one person doing the blood and it is always over crowded. If you show up at 6 am they are already a hour behind. Northwest Reno Renown lab on Robb is super efficient and super fast usually and have multiple people working. The lab techs are nice though here.

This is got to be the worst lab!! they make you wait 45 minutes to tell you that they can’t do a test without even checking or looking at your paperwork. Doctors that work out of this office have no communication and there’s no coordination with Lab or any other services that are offered here. Do not go here unless you have an appointment. It can take up to one hour just to even be checked in to be told that they can’t do your service

Had an appointment i had to wait 2 weeks for to get labwork done. Came in 15 min before appt as requested, only to discover they are 1 hr behind. Whats the purpose of taking appointments if you cant organize them. We have things to do, not just sit around and wait on your overbooked appointments.

Worst place to get labs!! Every time I get labs here I get poked three times at least. Today they blew a vein and wanted to poke me a fourth time!! The women in the lab area have no idea what they are doing on top of talking to me about not believing in the covid vaccine! They constantly try to blame the patient for not drinking enough water to hide the fact that they don't know how to do their jobs!! Not only do I drink PLENTY of water but these people are supposed to be trained to draw blood from the dehydrated, malnourished and chronically ill individuals! If a hospital can draw blood from anyone who is experiencing medical emergencies, why can't these people do a regular simple blood draw?! I was the only one there for labs and it took them 20 minutes to call me back and 25 minutes to poke me three times and blow out a vein! Completely unacceptable!!! It's difficult enough getting labs on top of doctor visits while being chronically I'll through it all. These women have no regard for patients and seriously need to go back to school or chose another career path!

Horrible customer service!! On there cell phone while I waited 30 minutes for them to check me in!!! Something needs to change!!! This place is horrible and rude!!!

I went in today in dire need. Instead of understanding my issue or trying to troubleshoot what was wrong I was immediately referred out. Which could add weeks until I could be seen again if at all.better to pass the problem off than put in the work I guess. Thanks for pushing me further down the black pit I’m in.

This place has no regards for their workers or patients with opening the door and letting cold air in while they are doing the Covid testing. There is absolutely no reason to make their employees freeze and their patients. When I complained, they ignored the comment. I will not come back to this location.

Had an appointment at 6am. I had to wait to take my seizure medication until after I gave blood.They made me wait until 7. So unprofessional and they weren't concerned with appointments. They help you when they get to your name on their clipboard. They ask if you have an appointment on the clipboard, but they only go by when you sign the clipboard. No use making an appointment
