Quality/Quantity - I came here to make my copies because the ink in all my printers is ALWAYS dry...My choice is either spending 15¢ for a copy or $25-$40 for an ink cartridge for my 3 semi broken printers.Atmosphere - Office supply store.Clean and organized.Open 7 days a week, see picture for specific hours; Yelp hours differ slightly.Plenty of mall parking.Service - Excellent, self service.Instructions in both English and Spanish, see pictures.I also really like the support in the community. Business card holder in the lobby for local businesses to share. Try to get a canvas photo made. Nobody knew how to do it except the manager. I am in town for only one day and they could not get it to me until tomorrow. Poor service lack of interest in the customer.

This office depot is terrible. The employees do not care. Terrible customer service. They will not help you. They will just send you to do it online even if you need help making the right choice. They are terrible here at Kietzke, if you need anything from Office Depot head to the one on Steamboat PKWY, They care about their customers there.

I was asked to drop a review with my receipt but I lost it so I am doing one here I've only been in the Reno area for about a year and I use Office Depot all the time for work. I've been to a few of the stores in Reno and I don't care for the other ones this one is always clean and the staff are always nice even when they have really difficult customers at the print center who don't understand the concept of do it yourself or pay for help, and if they don't have something they will usually have an alternative or check online for you to see if it's available that way, it's hard to find customer service like this in todays world where you can just go to Amazon or some other online retailer. At the end of the day I know I shop in stores for the service and this store has always delivered it kudos to the crew here thank you.

Last time we were here there was a nice lady who helped us figure out printing some fliers. The store closes at 8:00 so we showed up tonight at 7:15 to print them off and the two ladies there said it was too late and that they were closing the printing area at 7:30. So even though we still had 15minutes to print only 50 fliers, they did not offer to help us submit our order and had snarky attitudes. Also the store was completely dead no one else was there. So good job on losing money tonight and our future business.

Just got done with our purchase. A gentleman was very helpful in finding an item for us. We went to go checkout & checker asked for our phone number. Stated we didn't have a rewards card & we were only in the area a few times year - she said we would still be saving money As we were leaving we said have a nice day & she responded nicely with have a nice day & then I heard her quietly say and "thanks for the $1 donation" , which we did not do. Sorry we have just experienced the Dixie Fire & our business was closed during our busiest time of the year. - lots of sales lost. Shouldn't judge people without knowing their journey.

Angelina was a badass! While it did take some time to figure out how to print my resumè in light of some early in the week technical difficulties, I was comforted to know they were doing all they can to make sure I left satisfied. Most importantly, Angelina treated me and related to me like a human being, that's what customer service is all about. Office Depot, give this girl a raise!

I come to this store for all my printing and document shredding needs. The staff is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to custom printing and will go the extra mile for you. They've been helping me make my place feel like home with the prints I've been getting done there. Word of advice ... If you're going for printing services, put your stuff on a USB, know the password to your cloud account, and just be patient. They have many projects they're doing and not just waiting around for someone to walk in.

They will lose your order and will take a week to replace it and another week to refund your money if you try to ship it. Do not buy from these people .

We went there yesterday and dropped big bucks on some new items, I got two office chairs of printer paper cartridges you name it. Randy helped us and stayed with us the whole time and searched all over for these chairs we wanted, I didn't have it in stock so he got some different ones. Randy was awesome and did a fantastic job you can tell he likes his job. Thanks Randy. Nice experience. So nice to see someone liking their job.

I bought a printer on line and I recieved A USED one. Imagine that. Called them and they said they will call the next day to see if I still want it after a $10 discount.... They never called back... I really needed it since I could not go out because of quarentine. I printed less than 10 pages and the ran out of ink.... what a bad deal...

My printer had stopped working and I was looking for somewhere I could purchase one and pick it up today. I called Office Depot on Kietzke Lane and a gentleman (whose name I did not write down) answered. When I told him the problem I was having with my printer, he advised me to try cleaning the print heads. This is something I should have considered, but I had not. Thanks to him, I do not have to replace my printer at this time. When I do, I will definitely check with Office Depot first.
