I came in earlier today with my service animal without her vest on and the women let me in then I come back not even 20 mins later and the dude tells me I'm not allowed to have her in there without her vest said I had her service paperwork but dude still had something to say will never come back to this gasstion customer service is terrible

Beware: GRAVEYARD Clerk Timothy (glasses) is extremely rude and LACKS any customer service skills. Slammed his scanner down when I asked about the price of an item. Once he was finished with ringing up my things I asked him to take something off, again he acted l slapped his mother. I asked his name and he didn't reply, I said ok that's fine It'll be on the receipt. Once I paid I asked for a copy, he threw it up in the air.

Lol. I never thought that I would rather a gas station. GG has typically the cheapest gas in Reno. The staff for the most part is friendly and on point. The convenience store is always well stocked. If you are like I older and don't appreciate being asked for ID everytime you need smokes, then be prepared. They ask everyone and despite my personal views, it is a responsible thing they do. The only downfall to this place is it's location. This area is in a very crime ridden area. Yet the staff handles the customer base with integrity. 1-10 rating is a 9.

Absolutely shame on you!!!! You turned an elderly woman away who could barely walk and just needed to use a restroom before she had an accident. It was an emergency. Heartless and soulless.
