Why the heck do you close at 5? What time do you think people get off work??? I got here at 3:30 because I know how pissed and anxious the pharm techs are to close at 5 EVEN THOUGH THATS WHEN THE LINE IS THE LONGEST and they couldn’t find any prescription request. The lady made me yell what prescription it was 3 times breaking my confidentiality! I got a text from you saying it was ready! That’s why I showed up! I even called my doctor and they said they got a receipt from you saying you got it! The techs basically told me they were closing and to go F myself! Screw you CVS on south Virginia! These are people’s lives you could care less about!

The pharmacist today, Daisy Serrano, was very rude to customers, yelling that they were closing in a few minutes and would have to return tomorrow. She told coworkers to do the same with the drive-through. She then complained to her coworkers that people always wait till the last minute. People go when they can, and they close at 5:00, quite inconvenient for workers.

Avoid at all costs. Maybe if they have less business they'll be less short staffed and as a result, less cold and cruel. The pharmacy manager and the tech were both so rushed and unwilling to help not only me but the two patients before or behind me, that I had tears in my eyes by the time I left. Unreal. Snapped at one patient to "just call tomorrow" to fix an issue after chastising another patient twice for using the terminal wrong. To their merit, it was 15 minutes before closing. I know that's annoying. But I had JUST gotten out of urgent care and had called ahead to facilitate too. They confirmed they had my prescription in stock over the phone. When I got there, they didn't want to fill it, then ultimately couldn't, because it was expired. That's okay. It happens. When I asked if they could send my prescription down the street, Amitra rolled her eyes and snapped THEY CAN JUST PULL IT THERE. Which, surprise, they couldn't, because THIS pharmacy didn't put it in my file like they said they would. I get it that you're swamped, girl. But nobody's at the pharmacy picking up a prescription because they're having a good time. If you can't practice compassion, you're in the wrong line of work.

Unfortunately I need to fill a prescription and went to this pharmacy. After being put on hold while the pharmacy technician went to check to make sure they had enough to fill it, I was told it would be ready by 3pm same day. I showed up to pick it up and the pharmacist said to me while she was walking away, "we don't have enough and besides the system is down and we're closed. I was told to go pick it up at another store. They wouldn't have been able to fill it though. The pharmacy technician didn't care that I had no remaining medication and because she didn't even care enough to look me in the eye I felt really screwed and was. So unprofessional!

Absolutely, with no hesitation, the worst pharmacy I have ever worked with. They lie.. and by lie, fake dates, provide false information from prescribers and insurance. Once confronted with valid data they continue their false claims. If your on a phone call, they simply hang up. This location should be closed and those perpetuating this business practice should be prosecuted. I am filing a complaint with their governing board.

I think it’s bad middle management here. I imagine the pay is low and there’s not many options left for the people doing it but still a manager standing around talking to an employee about lunch while there a long line and one nice lady trying her best to ring is unacceptable even for low life managers.On the plus side I was able to show my daughter an example of what happens and where you go if you give up

I dropped off my prescriptions a little after 9am after getting my wisdom tooth pulled. They said they were too busy at the moment and to return later in the afternoon. I didn’t mind because I was still incredibly numb - I returned around 2pm the numbness starting to fade and the pain kicking in. When I told them I was here to pick up they couldn’t find me in the system, the tech kept asking if I was sure I dropped off my prescriptions at this location. I said “yeah, you were the one I handed them to” . She step away to ask the pharmacist - my prescriptions were still on the counter!!! They never filled it even though they’d had it for 5 hours!!!!!!! I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to fill my prescriptions. At this point the numbness in my face was gone and the pain was unbearable!! This unfortunately wasn’t the only time this happened where I drop off a prescription and it doesn’t get filled until I return to pick up. I’m positive they don’t enter majority of the prescriptions into their system because they can never seem to find you or your prescription in that system.

CVSs automated system for the pharmacy and prescriptions is the most frustrating thing to deal with. Pharmacy at this location is always slammed busy and out of the medication I need. Staff is excellent but overworked.

Not sure what they try to showcase in pharmacy section. They keep me waited for refill prescription which was already set for pick up for around 40 min. I’m definitely changing my future refills to Walgreens. Go there only if you have extra time.

Just echoing most everyone else. Very nice staff, I honestly don’t know how they do it. But this pharmacy is so bad it would be laughable if it wasn’t so important.

I wanted to let CVS know that Travis and Angie, both did an incredible jobs in customers service and they return a $100 bills that was dropped by a customer. She was so grateful to see that her money was found.

Staff is amazing..get them some help! Store hours are 9a to 8p. When I arrived shortly after 1p, the pharmacy was closed for lunch. They should advertise this.... The hours are clearly posted on a sign on the pharmacy wall...9a-8p. Nowhere did it say that they were close from 1:00 to 2:00. I had to search for a staff person to learn they were we're closed during that time. I had to wait 50 minutes for them to get back to work. They should stagger their lunch or hirer more staff. If you're reading this, be kind to the ones that do show up. If it weren't for the pharmacy staff, the store location would get a one star.

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I have had nothing but issues with them every time I come to pick up a prescription. Not to mention they constantly have a line 20 deep. If you plan to pick up a prescription, plan on spending 3 hours of your time waiting on them to get their things together. I would not recommend anyone to have their prescriptions filled at this location. Management is terrible and they close their pharmacy at 1:30 completely so they can all go on lunch

The only reason I come to this CVS is because my doc sent my Rx to the wrong one and it's just easier to make this stop. I've never had any issues with the pharmacy, and today especially the woman working there was very kind and friendly, which isn't too common with typical CVS pharmacy staff. Of course I had to stop by the Halloween section, which is already 50% off, and as someone who likes to decorate for Halloween all year round, this works great for me. I ended up buying about $40 worth of decor, but was really disappointed in the "candy corn lights" that I definitely grabbed. At first I assumed the inventor had never seen a candy corn before because the lights are regular white little bulbs, but it's like their tips have been dipped in a very dark purple, that you really can't even see. But when I googled, I saw other people had the correct color scheme lights. Just double check before you purchase, but otherwise a very good experience
