Car has been totaled since July they don’t answer the phone I have full coverage but can’t get my check because RELIABLE (UNRELIABLE) motors doesn’t answer the phone number they have listed for my insurance to pay them and me but they have they haven’t been paid on my credit. HORRIBLE PLACE NEVER EVER GO THERE TO PURCHASE A CAR THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE!!

Go and spend your money for junk cars,don't buy any car there, very bad,all police impound junk car,i bought a car Porsche i wasn't able to drive 5 miles check engine on and transmission gone,gave me c500 mercedes not even to able 5 miles check engine on and radiator was leaking ?, they doesn't want to fix or no money back, very bad cars, all junk, very bad service i never had a bad experience for my life time like this, if you go and buy a car there good luck to you ?I could not able to post this until I select one star,damn

Ive been trying for 3 weeks to get the DRS letter from them. None of their numbers are ringing. They go straight to voicemail. They won't respond to none of my text. On top of that when I dropped the car off for repairs they didn't put the engine cover back on, they didn't fix all the things they agreed to fix & the car came back with a dent that wasn't there when I dropped it off. When we go up there the place is closed.

RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM HERE!!! Bought a vehicle from here and the warrantee. Minute we walked off the lot the car was dripping oil heavily. Tried calling no less than 75 times to have the service department look at it (under the warrantee) and he was always "out". Don't waste your money, you are better then that!

My sister just purchased a car from Reliable Imports for 7000.00. She bought the car without me there. Talk about completely taking advantage of someone. They stripped the car took off the Toyota emblem on the front removed the grill, gave her bald tires disregarding her safety, that she now needs to replace and didn't even have the decency to detail the car making it look presentable for a new owner. Wow, even if you're desperate for transportation look around first because there's definitely a place.. any place that's better than these jokesters. Talk about preying on those that are trying to get by for basic transportation. At least at a decent place you'll get a car detailing and without it being completely stripped of everything that makes the car nice. Unbelievable.. completely unbelievable!

Second car I bought from this mothaphuca and he sold me the car without passing the smog check. That's ILEGAL btw. He told me he's going to fix it but every-time I went there he's mechanic got the Corona virus. They also gave me a hard time giving me the drs. You know I'm not the one to f*** with Cesar and Fernando a lot of people know me and listen to me. I'll make sure u won't be able to sell cars anymore or scam people. Btw just a note for the people who are reading this; Cesar got his house burned in the Corona virus Pandemic so u all know now he's paying his karma for being dishonest and playing with peoples money and cars. And there's MORE KARMA coming for him believe me You better give me my money back before you lose your house and your business completely. Trash I will make it public on my YouTube channel so everyone knows who u really are scammers And remember people watch me from all over the world I have more power than you stupid better get my money back tomorrow I'm not playing

Where to start first of all DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS LOT!!! (They're all crooks and liars! I would like this to serve as a warning to all so you don't have to deal with the scheming that goes on at this so called "establishment".) I bought a car from Cesar after my last was unfortunately totaled in an accident. He sold me a heap of s**t and tried to pass it off as great. I took the car to the mechanic before I bought it and I had in writing In the contract what he was suppose to fix it and he failed to do so (after I brought the car back and fourth to him more than 5 times). after it started to pull to one side i took it back to an actual mechanic to see what was really going on only to find out this man had his "mechanics" ZIP TIE THE RACK and PINION together. He blantanly put my life in danger and the lives of others if that zip tie we're to have snapped. As well as ignorning all the other problems he was suppose to fix and when I confronted him about it he told me to stop bothering him and to fix it my self and if I wanted a refund to get a lawyer. And let's not even start on the fact i still haven't received the title and i got the car in December. This man is a crook and a thief. Do not buy anything from him. The cars are junk and his customer service is absolute garbage! He's so ignorant they literally don't care and it's truly a shame. Hopefully people read these and actually got to dealers who conduct them selves in a professional manner instead of the joke of a buisness this is.

I am only putting a star cause I had too, otherwise I give them 0 stars. This is by far the worst car service I’ve ever encountered. I gave this dealer $1,500 for down payment on a car,and they never gave me a car. They attempted to give me trash vehicles that were pretty much falling apart. They tried selling me 3 different vehicles and at the end i’ve had enough of the back and forth and I finally told them I wanted my money back. Cesar the manager or owner of the dealer told me I was not getting my money back and hung up. It has been almost 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my money. I will never recommend this place again. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere and do not waste your time here.

Its been almost 3 weeks and I still dont have my refund. I went in to get a affordable car,and Ive gotten 2 or 3 cars with them before so I trusted them. But this time they gave me a car that was stickshift and no lie about 40 minutes coming out of the dealer the clutch went out. I took it back and they said it went out and they tried giving me another car, I pointed out the lights didnt work and Fernando said he didnt have electricians there. They then called me about another car and that one was making noise while we drove it around and it almost turned off on me. I then told Fernando I just wanted my money back. Cesar answered when I called and he said I wasnt getting my money back,he was so rude and unproffesional!They pretend to care but they dont. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again. I regret going there. Now I dont have my money or a car. Dont go to this dealer if you dont want to struggle. Avoid the headaches and take your time,energy and hard earned money elsewhere! Im only putting 1 star cauze I have to put something but I would rate them the lowest of the lowest!

We bought a car from them that needed work done. Our bill of sale said they would do the work. We brought the car back three times because they didn't fix it. They broke the contract and Cesar told us to take him to court. We spent ove r 6,000 and the car needs another 2,500 for repairs. They are dishonest. Don't do business here.

EDIT 02/23/2021: As of right now, I still have not received a refund from this dealership. Last time I went down there, which was last Wednesday, I confronted Ceaser about my money and he told me it should be deposited either the past Friday or this past Monday. My accounts have yet to reflect this. I've been courteous in not consulting a lawyer but I'm at the end of the rope with them. If I do not see a check in my hand or the money in my account by this Friday, I will be consulting with my personal lawyer to see what other routes I can take. EDIT: Ceaser and I touched base this morning, followed by me visiting the dealership to speak more about receiving a refund. At first, Ceaser asked me to check out another Acura, which I did. It seemed to be in decent shape, but after the last two months, I decided that I'd rather have my money refunded to me. I let him know, and he stated that the lady who takes care of financing will be there on Monday to issue a refund to the debit card I used, which I am fine with. I will be keeping in touch with Ceaser during the process of my refund to ensure that my money does get refunded. I am unsure of whether or not the scathing review I gave the dealer had anything to do with him reaching out this morning, or if it was a self-made decision based off of morale and good faith, but I am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt... when I receive my full refund. Original Review: I truly tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they're fabulous actors at pretending they care about you and your situation, but they don't. They aim to royally screw any innocent car buyer over time and time again and they got me this time. I was in the market for a cheap, reliable vehicle because I needed something more fuel efficient for Postmates. I saw that they were selling a 2006 Chrysler Sebring for $1,995. When I went to the dealership to see the vehicle, it was getting a new timing belt, but they rushed me into a different car: a 2004 Acura TL. The vehicle was completely blocked in by other cars in their inventory, so I just had them start it up which was my first mistake. I put $1,000 down on it. The car ran fine, but as soon as I went to drive it home, the airbag light came on, the passenger side bearing was howling, the trunk wouldn't open, nothing. It also leaked oil all over my driveway. I returned the vehicle, which they accepted, and they promised to get me in the Chrysler, which was still being repaired. Two weeks goes by, and I went down to see if it was ready. They let me know that the engine had been rebuilt but there was still a sensor issue they had to button up. Okay, fine. I drove it around and it ran fine and drove fine, but the check engine light was on due to said sensor issue. I returned it and they promised to fix it ASAP and give it to me. This was at the beginning of January. I am still without a car and they still have my downpayment. I don't know why I haven't received the car. I assume that the original financing plan I put in place is now void because I returned the vehicle that was on the contract. But I just text them on Sunday to ask for a full refund of my downpayment and even though they were quick to responding before, I have yet to receive a call from them. Today I text twice to receive a refund and I still haven't received a response. I am going down tomorrow to demand my money be refunded. If it's not, I will be getting in touch with my lawyer and will be suing for my downpayment, emotional distress, and lawyers fees. I'm sure my lawyer would be happy to sue them for every penny they possess and put them out of business so that this dealership doesn't scam anyone else ever again.
