“I find the employees at the self-check outs to be attentive, helpful, and friendly. Nothing against any of the other employees. I just don't have a need to interact with them. This store is a convenient location for me, but I'm happy to see Sprouts has opened just across the street where I can now purchase fresh produce. The produce at Smith's is old and soft, and the pre-bagged produce, like potatoes, onions, and oranges, almost always contains rotten pieces.”
“A shout out for good customer service in the meat department , Jesus was friendly &tried to accommodate me when I tried to get beef ribs for BBQ. Unfortunately Sam's doesn't carry them. He called Lyl to see what our optionson short ribs were.Both gentlemen very helpful! Appreciated them giving suggestions. Settled onhalf inch cut of short ribs, nice for Kalbi style Korean ribs on the grill!Sam's is Blessed to have them in their family!”
“I went in yesterday to mail a package off. I hadn't done this in years. The young man at the counter walked me through everything. And when we were done, I asked for a receipt. He said, I can text you the tracking number. I said, ok and then give him the wrong number. We laughed it off. And then he asked for my email address. I gave it to him and we waited for me to receive it. It took about 7 seconds. And I was off! Thanks again”

“It’s easy to point the the finger and write a negative review for something that is out of the pharmacy control. The automation system is not perfect but it’s a start. The automated system called saying my perception is ready to pick up. I drove to the location and when I spoke with the pharmacy, she stated I’m sorry, we’re still processing. It will be approximately be 20 min wait. That’s no problem, I’ll shop around until my prescription is ready. 12 minutes passed by and I received a notification that my subscription is ready. I went up to pick up window and pharmacy was friendly/proactive. She went over my subscription and she answer every question I had. 5 stars for great customer service. Automated messaging system needs work.Thank you”

Today we went to use the credit and the women at self check out was rude and couldn't care less about helping us figure out how to use the credit so she told us to go to self checkout and the women there wasn't sure so she called Grant to help and ofc like always grant came to the rescue!! Grant is THAT GUY!!! Thank you Grant!”

“I ordered online for pickup at this store. It was my first visit here. Stire ooens at 10am. It was easy to find it at the corner of W Ann Road and N Decatur. Ample parking with handicap access and parking. The entrance doors are automatic which is great. Neat, clean and organized inside. There was no line at pickup. The service rep was friendly and helpful. He found my package right away.”
“I've never experienced any of the problems mentioned occasionally here. Friendly attentive service. Good selection. Good prices (lower than Albertsons of course). And it is clean. I also walked in for my last Covid booster and a flu shot and only had to wait 5 minutes. I will continue to go there for most of what I need.”

“I switched my pharmacist from Walgreens to cvs. Let me tell you, Walgreens had the worst customer service out there. They didn't even help you out if you had something. But this cvs is always in a great mood and friendly. They always try to help you out than being rude. This girl name Christina Castro was amazing helpful towards me and my mother. She went beyond for us. If I had the chance to be a ceo for cvs I would give her a raise. We need more people like her. She was amazing and wonderful.”

“This is a really clean, well maintained and huge CVS! The ceilings are so high and it is great for all the displays, especially the large Halloween decor that's out now and all the piñatas. Prices are good with sales for CVS card customers. Easy parking to walk in and out quickly. Perfect stop for the area and they had lots of candy and a coffee drink in the fridge to start my morning. The cashier was also really nice and helpful. Thank you to the store for being so awesome!”
