It took about 3 and a 1/2 hours to be loaded from the appointment time.
So you're better off Just disconnecting from the trailer so that you won't be in the way of everybody else.
And then coming back. Hopefully they have your phone number.
There is one entrance in. Through a closed gate and you drive around to exit on the other side.

Horrible supervisors and management, production supervisor Reuben was one of the worst supervisors I’ve ever worked under. He would get upset at anything anyone did, even the small things like using the restroom. Enrique the shipping manager touches you for no reason and gets upset if you say something to him about it, HR (Pam) does nothing to help employees when they come to her with concerns… low pay, poor work environment, no opportunities for growth, etc. Terrible company to work for.

No customer service. I had a simple question about a problem with our new professionally-installed kitchen faucet. When I called the customer service line, I was given 2 options by Moen’s automated response 1. set up a return call a week later or 2. hang up. There was no option to speak to a person. Lesson learned…before purchasing a product, make sure the company actually provides service. Last time I purchase Moen.

I worked for this company for 4mos I put my hard work and dedication and time into this job Because I Wanted to get hired on full-timeFortunately that did not happen I end up catching covid and i was out of work for almost 1mo and got Fired moen I advise anyone that wants to go work for this company to be careful because this Company is very prejudiceThey keep who they want to keep in the companyI had the worst experience working for this company!!!!!

Truck entrance is from Bruce St. Very tight for back up at loading dock. No restroom for drivers.

Bought a Kitchen faucet 8m ago and it started leaking from the handle. Called the customer service department and was very surprised with friendly, knowledgeable customer service rep ability to help locate the part needed. Furthermore was thrilled that she would expedite the parts needed at NO CHARGE! I received the parts as promised and replaced easily as the part came in a kit that had a allen wrench and clear directions. I will now purchase MOEN for all replacements needed in my home =) Thank's MOEN

Horrible experience with this company. They only have lifetime warranties for their faucets not their vertical spa controllers. I was the second owner of a vertical spa controller, the original owner only had it for 3 months, and despite this fact, the warranty did not transfer. Please, avoid their products at all costs!!!
