This was my first time filing with H\\u0026R block and they did not disappoint. My tax professional who aided me, Dominique, was phenomenal. With a professional attitude and friendly demeanor, Dominique exceeded all my expectations and went above and beyond. She was extremely patient with me and answered any and ALL questions I had. Anything involving taxes usually stresses me out, but she broke everything down so that I could understand what I was filing for and making the best decision for my tax situation. I highly recommend Dominique Thigpenn at H\\u0026R Block for all of your tax related and business needs. She's incredible.

Went in as a first time customer to get assistance on my tax returns and was turned away cause the agent wanted to leave on time when they were closing with a bit over an hour left til they were closing - but was chatting it up with their co workers and no other clients in the office . Very disappointing , I guess I’ll take my business else where

There was not a spot to give 0 stars. I have been filing my own taxes on IRS website electronically and free for many years. All of a sudden I chose to go into a local office and the so called HRBlock Specialist miss calculated my taxes incorrectly. What did that do for me? It cost me majority of my refund and they still had the nerve to charge me over 300 dollars. Which left me even less money. I want my money back for the poor professional job that was done on my taxes..I will never use their services again, nor will I refer my family to them again.
