why cant you give zero stars? Where is the direct line phone number? A very hard company to get a hold of and its even better when the driver lies about attempting a deliver 2 times when they never came by, or left a slip, or showed up on one of 3 cameras.

Got a door tag the other day and when I called the automated number it said it couldn’t be picked up and it needed a signature from someone over 21. I managed to talk to a live person but they never gave me any info on what the “package” was. I was told by said person it will redelivered the same day yesterday but it never arrived. I was told
By the same automated message they will attempt the second delivery. My mom is waiting for fed ex driver to drop it off hopefully the wait it worth it
Update: today it was suppose to be delivered. Dunno if it was really for
Me or if they got the apartments mixed up but I stayed home all day waiting not happy

Fedex is the worst delivery company ever! Their drivers act like their working but really not working. Everytime i order something and its being delivered by them i never get the package. Someone always have an excuse: my address dont exist or they came and no one was home to sign. I have cameras and a ring so i can clearly see they never came but when you call customer service they act like your the problem and really dont care. If i could i would NEVER use their business but seeing as you cant pick who comoanies use for delivery service its not possible. Pissed off is an understatement

I had an issue with one of the FedEx drivers but there is no way to resolve the issue over the phone... Only automated dial pad options.

What started out to be an awful experience via bad information about picking up a package at the this location was recovered by “Chae” who was amazing, helpful, and she went above and beyond to provide excellent service! Give this woman a raise! Helped me locate my package before my trip out of town and saved me more than words can express! ??

Wait around for an entire day to sign for a package and they never come. 5am to 8pm. They reschedule for next day 1pm to 5pm and then show up at 12:30 and miss the delivery. People who work here are a joke. Management needs to be terminated

Eh, not too busy but an employee that does not have situational awareness makes for a long time standing in line. Oh well
