Owner and assistant was very rude, I received 3 batteries in a 4 month period, I went and got my car checked and only thing came up was bad battery on the reading. Service was real bad. Then they got the nerve to get mad at me because they gave me bad merchandise. I recommend for no one to go there unless you want to give away your money. They also have people who recycle batteries there. Homeless people go out and steal batteries and bring them to this company and they buy and put water in them for them to work for a few days or months and sell them. I seen this for myself when I went in the last time * warning do not go to Batteries 4 less on Lake Mead. Josefina was disrespectful3402 E. Lake Mead Blvd Las Vegas 89030They don't even deserve the 1 star that I gaveNeed to close down

SCAM... Do not go here unless you want to give your money away. They sell bad batteries and send homeless people out to steal people's batteries and they buy them from the homeless for 5 dollars and sell them to buyers for 65$ plus tax. My battery lasted a few days then they did not want to exchange or give money back.The lady and the guy have bad customer service.When I was leaving the homeless guy told me he just sold them 5 batteries for 5 dollars each and I saw him give the money to a homeless man.SCAMMERSBEWARE

Be ware of this shop. I called and was told 40 dollar if I brought in my old battery. When I get there he tell me 65 plus taxes. The battery only lasted 2 months and then I was back paying for a new battery. I bought one for my Honda and it was a bad battery all together. He won’t exchange nothing. Everything is in Spanish and he can care less if he was wrong. They are a scam. Just got to auto zone and get you a battery with a 2 year warranty. The Mexican lady just agree with what ever. I have never dealt with people like them. But I guess that’s the hustle now a day. We dnt take pride in our business we just sell people what ever to make end meet. DO NOT GO HERE.

I took off a star because the name when you Google is different from the name on the building (it is in Spanish) and if you are using driving directions you will easily get confused because it's a bit tricky to see the building in the 1st place, Also the name when you call that appears a bit different from the name you Google which can also be confusing. Other than that, they are helpful and fast.

I called them for battery she said $40 plus taxes and $5 core when I went there to pay and pick up she told me $65 including tax I said ok but she charged me for $72.54 this is scam I had to call my bank for dispute and I didn’t take anything please be careful don’t get anything from this shop

1st battery was bad , second battery lasted 1 day! Guy told me it might be my alternator I went with my mechanic and told me alternator was good, went back and exchange it for the 3rd time and he gave me a dead battery. I went back to exchange it and told him I wanted my money back. Unfortunately they don’t give money back so I got another battery. (Let see how long it last). PLEASE BEWARE. They will sell you bad batteries. They care less about customer service!
