What a great experience, we started looking at machines in 12/23 and talked with Harold once a month while trying to decide what we wanted, he was great, no pressure ever, just patience. Finally on 8/30 we pulled the plug on a gorgeous new Ranger. The entire group were fantastic to work with, we would recommend PCH World to anyone looking for a new buggy and a great buying experience. Gary & Karen.

The experience was great. Walked in knowing what I wanted. The experience was fantastic, was greeted as soon as I walked in, was quickly connected with Harold who showed me the bike and was not pushy in the slightest. So I pulled the trigger and then Stacey had me come in and finish paperwork, also not pushy at all on anything and super nice. The fees were totally reasonable and all in all the experience was fantastic. Will definitely buy my next toy from them!!
UPDATE (2 days later): took the bike out on dirt and fun! NV DMV was all online, took 5hrs to get plates after submitting documents (in Vegas). Just get your rig and get out there already!!

This is the second time we have purchased from Polaris Can-Am Honda World. We will never buy or even look anywhere else! To drive 40 mins to Mesquite, NV from St. George- to get the MOST AMAZING service is well worth it!
2 years ago we purchased a brand new 2022 Turbo R4 ultimate Rzr and we were so genuinely impressed with the great service we received. When we decided it was time to trade our 2022 Rzr in there was only one place to go!
From the time you arrive and get out of your car and start looking- you are greeted by the friendliest salespeople. They are so friendly and helpful (not the usual pushy-pressure tactics used by other places) and it’s only the beginning. Robert (our awesome salesman) was so great at pointing out all the new features the new machines had added and showing us how they worked and really knew the machine he was selling us.
Once you have decided on a machine-then comes the fun part! They have a test track that you can take it for a test drive on (without the awkwardness of taking a salesperson).
After the fun test drive you are introduced to the Sales Manager, Kurt is THE MAN! Every time he gives us a great trade in value for our machine we are looking at trading in (plus the tax credit we save for buying there) and is always so great about giving us an equally great deal on whatever we are looking to buy! Not to mention he always rides up on his electric scooter out of nowhere!???
Also, as any of the other friendly salespeople pass by you and smile they will always stop and ask if you need a water or if there is anything they can get you to drink. Some even visit for a short time and just genuinely want to talk to you and get to know more about you, where your from, what your interested in looking at, and seem to be such a great group of people working in the whole store!
OH! I almost forgot the good part!!!!!
When you finish with the cutest, friendliest Business Manager- Stacy and sign on the dotted line and complete your purchase (which she always makes it so seamless and simple) -then comes the real fun!!!
They take you down by the service dept where your new ride is perfectly shined up and all gassed up and waiting. They turn up the music in the entire store. Which is a sign to every employee to come watch and clap as you get your picture taken next to your new ride and they congratulate you on the PA system they have for this exact event! It is such an experience EVERYTIME!
Thank you to everyone that works at this location for the warm, fun, inviting, genuine environment that each and everyone of you make it at this store every time we come there! It is so refreshing to see that there are a group of people that truly still take so much pride in their work and it SHOWS!!!!!!
We are looking forward to many fun trips with our new 2025 Polaris Pro-R Ultimate Rzr! When they say, “Welcome to the Family” they truly mean it!!!

It was a no stress, pleasant experience. It started with the friendly greeting from the receptionist. I worked with Robbie and Kurt and they made our spontaneous dream become reality! Thanks Robbie and Kurt,.. can't thank you enough. Absolutely loved the test track!!! Stacey was phenomenal and working with her was so easy on the finance side of the house. We appreciate you all!
