Rude employees!!! I stopped at this store to get a fountain drink. After I got the fountain drink, I saw the video poker machines so I decided to sit down and put in $20. I played the first hand and was approach by a dark haired female cashier with a heavy bottom. She said, "Are you going to pay for that drink?" I was speechless! I am still in the store and she was basically accusing me of not paying for a $2 fountain drink which probably cost them 50 cents. She didn't even say something like, Our policy requires our customers to pay for their drink before they gamble, etc...Needless to say, I was embarrassed so I walked to the counter and paid for the drink. When I went back to the video machine the other player laughingly said, " I am surprised she didn't pull out a gun on you." I cashed out my $20 plus my $2 winning and walked out the door. I am glad she was rude to me because that saved me from losing my $20... for a fountain drink that costs 50 cents!! They charge 50 cents more for using your credit card and the gas prices are so high, they don't post it except at the pump, FYI.

The food is great! And as long as your not a jerk, you get great service! And it's such a nice and friendly atmosphere. There is a bar right next to it with a giant fish tank too!

The curly haired manager was something else. My husband and I stopped in to get coffee, and the young cashier messed up the transaction, so while we were waiting, I figured I'd ask for the restroom key. She crossed her arms and asked, "What are you going to give me of yours?" I asked her what she meant and she said "I need collateral incase you destroy it." I told her I didn't have anything on me as my husband had paid for the drinks. I was surprised by her instant attitude so I said nevermind, I don't need it that bad and she got very sarcastic with me, doing the kill them with kindness thing, and as I walked out she sarcastically yelled "Have a great day". Was she planning on inspecting the bathroom after I used it before giving me my property back? Very odd policy.

Excellent Customer Service. Very Professional and Proficient Service. Clean Establishment. Plenty of Parking. Reasonable Prices on Various Products, Liquor and Fuel. Very Convincing Year Round 24hr Service.

The cashier beth was very unprofessional when trying to buy a cigar she called us liars said they were blunts and that she knows our type of people. Very disrespectful. You should not profile people. There are plenty of men who buy cigars to smoke the cigar. Although I must say most of the employees are very nice people.

I normally like this place because it's near and has the cigars I smoke but be sure and check ur receipts and accounts. I was charged twice and called a druggie for buying cigars. I guess I'm looking for a new place to get my smokes.

The employee would not let me in without a mask. Even though every other establishment in the area does not require it. It has been two years and yet people still can't think for themselves.

Over priced charges a 50 cent fee for cards under 10 dollars. What a scam! The employees are not friendly. The place is very junkie. I don't know how the health department keeps them open. The owner probably pays them off. The pizza will give you food poisoning. The gas overpriced too better to go to bullhead and pay cheaper prices

5 stars for everyone except Bonnie!Between 3:00 pm and 3:10 pm on Wednesday June 23rd I asked Bonnie politely for $1 dollar bills with a 5 and I had a couple drinks that was around 4.50 so I gave her 2 $5 bills. She replied she'll have to check when I first asked. No problem, I replied. Then she said, I have to do one thing at a time with an attitude while I'm standing there quietly( as if multitasking 5 dollars change is so difficult). So I asked her why's she giving me grief everytime I come In here? That's when she slammed her hand on the counter over my other 5 dollar bill and flung it at me hatefully and told me, BYE!!!! I let her have a piece of my mind before walking outside. The manager on duty for the casino came out and gave me the number to your office and was nice enough to get me change. This is the 3rd time I've had an issue with her and I'm writing a complaint this time.Your loyal customer, Caleb Snow

Most expensive gas I have paid. Very dark inside. Slots at a stop n go? Bathrooms are single. Needed gas and a stretch. Glad South Point was there.
