About on par with a Motel 6 ... fan in bathroom pulled in smell of urine & other room maintenance issues, dogs in room thru wall barking/howling in 30+ minute blocks, housekeeping enters rooms with Do Not Disturb tag hanging on door knob, etc. Hotel desk did not seem to care. Will be taking my $$ elsewhere next time.

It's Laughlin. You know what you're in for staying their. My girl and I stayed just to go to a festival in Vegas, let me tell you, not a good idea. The entire place had a film over it that just made it feel dingy and run down. Every interaction I had was awkward or with a drunken person wanting something. We didn't shower the whole weekend, and we slept in our clothes because it just did not feel clean anywhere we stepped. Smash burger being open until 6 am is odd, but a life saver. All in all, if you like Laughlin, go for it, I'm sure it wasn't bad if you're a gambler looking to do nothing else. But to stay and be comfortable? Just sack up and pay for vegas because this was not it at all. "Laughlin where gamblers go to die."

I stopped by here with my folks on a Saturday to play some slots for a few hours and grab lunch. Slot machines were well spaced for easily walking around, the air quality was much better than other casinos (it would be even better if they banned smoking), and lunch at Smashburger was great! I came out ahead on every slot I played except one. Unfortunately, they didn't have any of my favorite slot machine "Fire Link", they have Dragon Link but it's not as fun.
I did have one problem hence why I knocked off a star: the workers running the Keno game couldn't figure out how to process a ticket for their own $19 "all numbers" special that they advertise in their Keno brochure. They even called 2 different people to try and get help but after 20 minutes I gave up waiting to go play some slots.
Despite the issue I would definitely go back if I'm ever in Laughlin again.

Horrible experience.
I will never have anything good to say about this place or the employee's here.

Not really a place I would ever go to again!
The place is falling apart, it hasn’t been updated in decades!
I would classify it as a moderate grade Motel 6. The still needs to be remodeled. Let’s add insult to injury a resort fee for a dive hotel.
Rooms: Falling apart

From a customer service standpoint, nearly all the employees I interacted with were miserable. They were rude and unmotivated to help in any way. There were 2 exceptions, Anne from the keno room and Mindy at the front desk. They were hospitable and kind.
From a locations standpoint, Harrahs is far from all other casinos. You must take the water taxi or drive if you want to go anywhere, which makes exploring difficult.
The rooms were okay. They were clean. However, it took forever to get hot water in the shower.

Against the rest of the Laughlin hotels I give it a 3 overall. But in the rest of the world a 2.
1. Walking in the front door you are met with a smell of smoke which transferred to our clothes. I would think if you made it a non smoking hotel you would draw non smokers from the others!!
2. Restaurants kind of blah. Ate in the Beach Cafe twice and found the food somewhat worse than Denny’s.
3. Refreshing the rooms in the north tower was a plus but no better than a Best Western.
Rooms had no USB charging ports which are pretty standard in the last few years, you missed this during the refresh.
Of course the hotel location has always been less than desirable.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Harris for a week, during which I enjoyed playing several slot machines and table games.
However, my true passion lies in Bingo, which I played every day of my stay.
I was fortunate to be assisted by Ana, who provided exceptional service. She was welcoming, took the time to explain the Kino Bingo game, and detailed the various ways to play, making my experience both enjoyable and memorable.
Although this was my first visit, Ana's outstanding customer service truly stood out.
I observed her interactions with other guests, and she consistently greeted and assisted each customer with patience and professionalism. She answered all questions thoroughly and ensured everyone felt valued.
I believe Ana deserves recognition as Employee of the Month for her dedication and the positive impact she has on the overall customer experience.
Rooms: The room are basic and a bit dated but it works for the price.
Nearby activities: Beach, boat rental and JetSki's are available near the hotel
