Line for Covid shots AND prescription pickup is the same line, cannot pick up my pain medication without standing in a 30 minute line, absolutely ridiculous and they are also rude about it. I can't get my pain medication thanks to the line for Covid shots. The potential to get sick takes precedence over people experiencing pain right now.

Called 3 times in 4 weeks to provide my information for a prescription transfer, and both times whoever answered said they took my info, but they have no records of my prescription transfer when I call to follow up.Delayed my prescription by a whole month by not actually transferring my prescription over and having me provide my information over and over again. Do CVS instead.EDIT: The employees really struggle with comprehending what you're asking for. It's incredibly annoying explaining things like they're 5.

The pharmacist Nathan was extremely rude and judgmental. I've been getting my prescriptions from this location for 6-7 months now and all of a sudden they tell me they won't refill my prescriptions there anymore. Lost a good customer, I work in the same plaza and I will never shop here again. No candy bars, no drinks, no nothing ever. I used to spend $30-$60 every day here bc it's so close to my job. Not anymore, I will never shop here again. Shout out to my girl Samantha who has always been so helpful and fun to talk to. Leaving one star for the pharmacy, but everyone else that works there in the regular store is super helpful and I will miss them.

Great location and kind staff.The staff greeted me upon entering and assisted me in finding The items I needed.The building is clean and organized, with a great selection.The parking lot was a hot mess, and quite a few vagrants were hanging around too.

I suggest that Aunt Millie find a job at Walmart checking receipts at the door. Her attitude and approach with me was rude & uncalled for.I literally just made a purchase & sat in my car to eat a product I bought out of there which I didn't like so I went back in the store not even 5 minutes after leaving to ask for an exchange.Aunt Millie was unsure if the store did exchanges on open products so she called up someone who I assumed to be the manager & she explained to her you can.As I waited for the manager I'm reading the back of the receipt that says you can do so within 30 days in RED.So Aunt Millie is in the process of doing the transaction & tells me it goes back on my card after I told her multiple times I wanted to EXCHANGE . I had to read the receipt to her 3 times and in the midst of me trying to explain she cashes me out . I find it to be very rude she did not fulfill my needs as a customer and brushed me off .

Had my covid test at this location. It took a long time for the nurse to get to my car. I booked an appointment for 10 and I only got served at 10:30. It’s weird that it took so long since they warn you to be there in advance for the test so there is no delay. However, the covid test did not take more than 2 minutes. I got my results not even an hour later which was great!

High hopes for nothing. They close early Saturday. Messed up my prescription 3x 3 months in a row. Get there at 5:58 hoping for the best. Not a soul in sight meaning they shut down way before 5:50. I know it's the weekend but people need meds. Especially if your already late because your systems messed up.

I will never go back to this Walgreens again! I've been a Walgreens customer for over two decades and this is the first time I was treated disrespectfully. I'm really sick and when I called the pharmacy a woman named Diane told me that I would have to wait two hours for my prescriptions to be filled. I had to drive a 1/2 hour to get to this location. I went through the drive-through, where I had the misfortune of Diane helping me again! She proceeded to tell me that my medication isn't ready and for me to check back in two hours!!! When I told her I already waited two hours, she just shrugged her head and acted like she didn't care at all. I explained my situation of needing the medication now, for the second time. She said there was no one filling medication, at which time I questioned her about the lack of a pharmacist, and she stated there was one there. I asked to speak to the pharmacist and she told me I had to come inside. So I did, only to find the pharmacist filling prescriptions right after Diane lied to me and said there wasn't anyone filling prescriptions. I told the pharmacist about my situation and he stated, "I'm working on your scripts now, and I would have them soon. I'm not sure how someone thought Diane would be a good fit for Walgreens, but they made a big mistake--she is not a customer service-oriented person, and she doesn't even try to fake it. I may switch to CVS depending on how Walgreens handles this incident. It occurred on 11/29, around 4:30P to 4:45P at the drive-through window.

As soon as I walked in, the place smelled like mildew and cat pee. There were many shelves that needed to be restocked and some products were opened. The computers are old and slow. When I was trying to pay, the cashier was rushing me trying to get me to hurry up but the screen was still saying processing. This Walgreens needs to be updated and deep cleaned.

I took my dad to this Walgreens to get his COVID shot. Hands down the worst experience we have ever had at a Walgreens. The lady doing the intake was extremely unhelpful and rude. The pharmacist who gave my dad the shot was just as rude. They took his print out that had both of his appointments on it, I called to ask where I could find the appointment at times for the second shot, and whoever picked up in the pharmacy yelled at me and said "I SAID I WILL GET TO YOU WHEN I GET TO YOU". Horrible customer service and a horrible experience.

Worst pharmacy staff! So rude and unhelpful went once they had the worst attitude, brushed it off maybe they were having a bad day went a second time same horrible service in the pharmacy. Pharmacist that was helping me with my prescription seemed like I was inconveniencing her. once I received my prescription and paid she just walked away and didn't say a thing I wasn't sure if I was ok to go or not. If she is that unhappy to be there she should get a new job.

I had an appointment on May 5th for my 2nd vaccine. The lady Elizabeth/Liz from the pharmacy was EXTREMELY rude. She threw my CDC cards at me and told me I should go somewhere closer to MY house. I wonder if she thought it was fun for me to have to drive over 30 minutes to go to the store in the ghetto ? If I was a confrontational person I would have Lost my cool. Luckily the pharmacist Noma saw and told her that she would handle it. I came back today on May 6th, I was able to get my vaccine. Then I went to pay for a pack of gum and candy for my son. While in line my husband (African American) decided to look at the water by the door. The cashier Millie (older white lady) yells at him "sir just sit in line I will help you next" I thought that was weird but did t think anything of it. I gave her a coupon that they gave me for having my vaccine there 15 minutes before. She would not accept it. Because according to her I wasn't spending enough money. I pointed out to her that on the coupon it says I ONLY need to spend $1 to get $5 added to my account. She snatched the coupon from my hand a d sighed very loud, like I was inconveniencing her. The phone then rings and she answered it in a rude tone. I am not sure what they asked but her response was "well how am I supposed to know that?" I am extremely appalled by the lack of customer service and extremely rude employees.

Friendly staff, pharmacy staff very accurately friendly and fast , I am visiting the store I would say 20 years + and never had issues at all
