Idk if this is the gift shop I am thinking of but I am pretty sure it is. It is on the casino floor, towards the back side if you are coming from the strip. On the left hand. Anyway, my wife and I had our Golden Knights jerseys on because we just got done watching a game. The sale clerk there accused me of taking their jersey off the rack and putting it on and walking out. Accusing us of stealing made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed.

This place was convenient to buy a spare phone charger when I forgot to pack one. As one might expect, it was expensive ($30+tax) and can't be returned. That's all fine, except the charger is also the cheapest thing I've ever seen, plugs in funny, and both my phones complain about issues with the connection. Seems to charge still, but slowly, and hoping it'll continue working for the next couple days.If I had more time to get one, I'd probably recommend trying another shop or a quick Amazon order. Disappointing start to my stay at the Cosmopolitan.

DO NOT BUY HERE Bought a pair of headphones for $135 as I received my receipt I see stamped on it final sale and I asked the clerk if I am able to return them he says I have 30 days so long as I have the receiptthey have static and they refuse to either exchange or give me at least a new cable to see if it was the cable. I spoke with Ana Jimenez and she called someone and spoke on the phone and refused to do anything to help me.

I love shopping at Vitals. They have everything that you need for the lowest prices. I was surprised to see that they had much more than just vitamins and health products. I was able to find the exact type of vitamins that my doctor recommended to me, which were cheaper than what I normally buy at the big chain stores. I feel like I'm getting the same product for less! Vitals is conveniently located near my job so I can stop by after work or pick something up on my way home.

Vitals is a small convenience store and gift shop inside The Cosmopolitan. Although many products here don't have prices posted, they tend to be expensive. They're nice products, but if you don't mind a 10 minute walk, you'll get much better prices at CVS, ABC stores, and probably plenty of other shops within 1 block.

Vitals has great drink options, and other things you need that you probably forgot to pack for your vacation. Vitals always has employees with great personalities.

Prices are beyond ridiculous. The person working even has the nerve to ask for a tip for doing nothing! I ended up tipping (%15) out of curiosity and she still did absolutely nothing!! Didn't hand me my item. Didn't offer to bag. This place is the ultimate representation of Vegas!

A super 24/7 convenience store inside The Cosmopolitan! Libations, drinks, snacks, sundries, and souvenirs all all there. Yeah, the prices are marked up, but who cares. If you have to keep looking in your wallet while on vacation, you should have stayed home. Purchases count towards The Cosmo's Identity Rewards!
