It is the worst logistics company I have ever seen. Of two shipments we made, one arrived late for our event, and for the next Convention they have lost a pallet. The attention of Mr. Unpleasant, rude, incompetent. A real shame. Never contract with this company.

The morning dispatch that I deal with when everytime i go to will call .They have are unprofessional and derogatory manner. Dock person helped me out in spanish since it was easier for both of us to comunicate and was told rudely that this was an English only establishment . This was has been the 2nd time this situation has ocured .I felt really uncomfortable and took my busniess else where I felt included as an American speaking Spanish person .

It is now called T Force freight. The navigation takes trucks to the wrong entrance. Trucks enter off Craig road and Calimesa street.11/14/2022 UPDATE:In a bold move, or a desperate one? Tforce freight at this location is sharing the entire space with Oak Harbor Freight.Space was often at a premium, and now sharing warehouse and yard, well, it's congested. But efforts are continually made to keep it organized, as well as could be expected. REMINDER:CHECK INSIDE THE "EMPTY" YOUR PICKING UP!Things happen, so try not to let them happen to you.

Tried getting an ac unit to my house. It's been a month and a half now. Shipper is ups freight. Ups calls to schedule appointment for delivery. I take the day off work to be there for delivery. They never show. Next day the driver shows up without a call. Luckily I happened to be home that day. Ask the driver what happened the day before. Guy mumbled something about how he got too busy. I check out the shipment. Damage was everywhere. Looked like they rolled the product off the truck 20 times. So I rejected shippment. The retailer ships me same package a 2nd time. Tracking says product makes it to my city but it never shows up to my house. I get no call. I call ups freight give them the tracking number. they at first say it was rerouted wrong. Then they say they lost the package and they need all the info like who the shipper is, their phone number, contact person. I ask why they don't already have that information in their system. Lady got angry and said she doesn't know but they don't. Ups freight is a joke.
