I had such a bad experience at this UPS store on 7500 w lake Mead. The older Caucasian woman with short hair and glasses didn't want to tape a box that I bought in. She spoke rudely about having to do it and she threw my receipt that was printed to me from the register to the end of the countertop. This was a insult and okay. She needs to get herself together because she shouldn't be in a customer service position and besides not everyone will be as nice as me. Although she caused some bad words to expel from my mouth. Not the place I want to do business. Will go somewhere else!!!

The absolute worst service 3 times in a row. And always by the same person. I asked her if she could give me a small piece of tape to close a bag and she said she would have to charge me for that with a rude attitude. People like that should not work in customer service.

The black lady at the front desk is so miserable working there and she emits that energy to customers. Never in my life have ever walked into a store with such low customer service skills.
Avoid this location.
This location should be closed down.

When I spoke to them I was honestly shocked with how rude and unhelpful they are. I called and they suffed and said "ugh call us back later, we are busy right now" Looking at the rest of the comments looks like there is a trend with horrible customer service.

As someone that has worked for UPS I was Completely shocked at the poor service! I went into return a cell phone. All I needed was for them to give me a small piece of tape maybe about 6inches for the box and for them to scan the label to get returned and Sharol said it is not their responsibility to provide tape for everyone. I told her as a UPS employee I have never heard of that and she kept on being rude always had an attitude and making faces. A customer that was there even asked why they would charge me for a piece of tape and Sharol went ahead and started saying smart remarks and being rude to him. She should definitely not work in customer service because instead of attracting and keeping customers by good service she’s doing the complete opposite and making people not want to go there again!

Very rude lady working behind the counter. She looks like she hates her job. The owner of this store may want to replace her because no one will be going there because of her.

Staff were extremely rude and unprofessional and should not be working in customer service. I told them it was my first time shipping internationally and although they explained that I have to itemize the items in the box including the prices for customs purposes and the risk of the package being returned if inaccurate items were shipped, they were very unhelpful and unprofessional throughout the whole process. I told them that I do not know the exact prices of the items as my cousin was the one who bought them and if I can just give a rough estimate. The employee told me to start putting the items one by one on the weighing scale and as I placed a hat on the scale I told her that I'm thinking it was $50, she made a judgmental comment "$50 for a hat?!" The other lady then went on and said that I should have the EXACT price of the items and I told them AGAIN that I did not buy the items and do not want to make prices up and I can just do a rough estimate, the lady who was helping me then said "you just made the price up though". She then added "you're gonna have to call your cousin so she could tell you the price". When I told her that I am going to call my cousin, and as I pulled out my phone, the lady said annoyingly, "you're gonna call her right now?!" At this point I was just getting more irritated and felt VERY disrespected and embarrassed especially in front of OTHER CUSTOMERS that I told them I'm just going to take my business elsewhere. As I was walking out the door, the short-haired lady yelled "It's just going to be the same elsewhere". I went straight to the USPS Tenaya location and was able to ship my cousin's box in 5 mins with no issues and staff were VERY helpful and informative.
I used to work in retail and customer service and I believe that employees should be at THE VERY LEAST, BE RESPECTFUL to customers if they CANNOT be friendly, helpful, or approachable. Also, the employee who "helped" me should not be judging how much people spend on their items out loud especially when she's not the one who paid for it (the hat was indeed $50 after I asked my cousin).
I understand that people may have bad days at home or at work but that should not affect the way employees treat their customers. My experience at your location just shows that the other reviews on Yelp and Google are true, and sadly I would not be coming back to your location and would let others know to stay away.

I tried 3 other stores(Not UPS stores) to do a print and fold job for me and none of them could do it. This store was the smoothest and most efficient. I will not use any other store. Sharol is the BEST!!!!

Don't return any on-line orders here, they will ALWAYS charge you for a box and label, even though you do not need one. Other locations will not. It is a total RIP - OFF! Go to another store!

Don’t go there and don’t choose this location for pickup. I never saw such a rude manager and disrespectful person towards customers. as Sharol. I’ve order a package while being in the city and went to pick it up there but woman named Sharol told me that she doesn’t want to give me my package and to come some other day since I told her that she doesn’t know what passport is. Since as a tourist you can only show that as an ID - she told me that I need to have the American address if I want my package, that I don’t have who to call to complain since she is the manager and that I probably won’t be able to spell her name if I leave bad review here.
Guys, save yourself and just choose another location.
