My opinion of this location is the same. If I could give a 0 rating I would but I decided to rewrite my review because twice now in just a few months, this store has lost or stolen items that were supposed to be returned to amz. Whatever store you go to, learn from my mistake and don't throw away your receipts. Even though amz will eventually refund your money, it's been very frustrating and very time consuming to deal with them when this happens. Also, on the receipt if you see a strange reference number followed by "contact amazon" instead of a tracking number, this is a reference number generated by amazon. You'll probably find it at the bottom of the shipping label or in the instructions. I contact amz several times and they didn't seem to have a clue what this was or could explain it (even spoke to a supervisor who argued that I shouldn't be able to ask questions about a ups receipt). You may need to explain this to amz although they should know this already. This is your only proof though that you turned in the item to ups. I complained to amz that this was the 2nd time an item I gave to this store disappeared but I don't know what action they took. Why did I go to this ups store even though the service is so bad. Location. I go by there all the time so it's just convenient but considering all the time I spent dealing with amz, I could have driven to a different ups store and saved a lot of time and hassle, so I won't be going there again.

I just had the worst experience at this location. Today on 7/14/2023 around 5pm pst I went to print out some personal information. The young lady helping me was new. Before printing she forget to confirm with me the number of pages and it was far beyond what I was anticipating. I let her know that and that I didn’t need all of the pages. The manager, an older man walks over and says it’s “it’s not like it’s a dollar a page, it’s only .27 cents” I replied “that’s more than what I needed” I let them know I didn’t want it. He accused me of ripping them off when I simply just didn’t want it. He threatened to call someone on me if I didn’t pay for something I didn’t want. I let him know I didn’t have it. He literally started an argument with me when I wasn’t even upset at first. Then refused to shred what I didn’t want which had my personal banking information on it. I had to demand he shred it. I left upset in a hurry leaving behind my phone. A minute later I went back and he pretended he didn’t have it but my phone is tracked. I asked the young lady to give it to me and she said “I don’t know where he put it”. I had to threaten to call the police for him to give me my phone. He not only attempted to hold onto my personal banking information but my cell phone. I see a number of complaints about him but he remains employed as a manager here. I told him I was going to call corporate and he did not care as if he was sure there would be no reprimand. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and the cooperate office.

Beware This Unlawful Business! Holding my mail hostage - refuse to give me my mail. In a car accident and missed the pymt date for the box. "No pymt no mail but we'll throw it away for you"?this should be unlawful.

If you're returning to Amazon, make sure you pack and label it yourself even though amazon states The UPS store will pack and ship for you. Some of the workers here have PACKED and shipped my items without a problem, today this one lady employee game me the biggest attitude, I dont know if its just laziness
