No greetings. There is no cell service in the store either.
I was informed that I had to print off my label first. The guy at the counter gave me no solutions and just stared at his computer.
I went to a different UPS location and was offered multiple ways to print, email, etc..

TERRIBLE location and owner! I recently changed my UPS account setting to deliver to my home address ONLY and NOT this stupid access point because of the owner! He would not give me my package when I had no issue picking up a package last week. An understanding employee understood it was me with tracking number and ID photo. My shoes have been held there that I paid $500 for what seems to be 4-5 days. It’s really rude to profile people and act as if they can’t verify who I am and that it’s my package. Why the worker was more competent than the owner I don’t know. But I will not be picking up here anymore. I refused to be treated like a criminal when I paid $500 and they’re stealing my item by withholding it from me. They won’t update me, answer their phones, etc. I called customer service to re route my delivery back home and I don’t see any updates in my email or ups app that says it’s in route. UPS Craig location and ups call center service sucks don’t trust them to follow up or do anything if you have this issue. Useless service and help.

I'm here at 7:10 a.m.Stopped by to return Amazon packages. On my way to work. SomeThe store opens at 7a.m.But no one is here. Very disappointing

Counter people (they were not helping anybody) are not helpful at all, had two bigger boxes to get inside of store and counter help would not hold open door. Taking my business to FED X they are ALWAYS willing to help!!

I have been a customer at this location for over 12 years and only had issues a few times with part time employees but other than that the service from Chris is always superior.!!

I went in to drop off several packages for returns. And the guy at the counter said they will only accept 9 returns. However, he couldn't show me the policy. Nor was it written down anywhere or posted period not a good way to do business.Update 9/7/23Went back and dropped off 11 small soft packages and again, the same bearded mid 30's guy told me I could only drop off 9. Wth!!!!

Our experience was very unfriendly.Quote " need a label can't help you"Amazon gave me a return label and they use to scan from my phone and print the label, now you have to use their computer an pay to access the label I will no longer use the UPS STORES for shipping ANYTHING nor will I buy anything from Amazon that requires me to return via UPS

First place I go to ship anything back home. Staff was helpful and greeted me when I walked in.
