Tall bearded guy with glasses is rude, incompetent, microaggressive, and unprofessional.
Will give wrong information and cant handle being wrong at the sake of being able to do his job correctly.
Also seems to be an HR violation waiting to happen based on noticed interaction with a young female employee.
Do better.

$19 for 1 padded envelope and 5 day (shipped monday, delivery friday) service, to send a pair of long-john's to Michigan. When i walked in, my first question was, "Do you handle regular mail?"
I guess i grabbed the wrong envelope because all the guy told me is, "That won't work for regular mail, " but didn't bother to offer any solution like, "grab that other envelope, " or "a one rate parcel might be cheaper. " No help, at all. Seems pretty clear, this guy is more interested in gouging his highest profit as opposed to using his expertise to assist the customer. My guess, there's half a dozen cheaper, equally efficient, methods to send this but i didn't ask the right questions or grab the correct wrapper so my fate is to line the dudes pockets. I paid the charge, without push back. Stay away from this jerk. I trust i shared enough info about the sale so he knows who i am and learns his poor business conduct has consequence that extends the transaction. For less than you charged, i could've bought another pair and had them delivered for free.

The best UPS store in all of Vegas and CA. My family and I frequent many locations, and this is by far the nicest and most professional.
