Couldnt been better service , lady was just rude !
Told her amazon didnt requested a QRCODE , and she said YES U NEED IT , hey !! .. i understand sometimes we have bad days , but couldnt been in a better mood , finally showed it to her , code was scanned and that was it !
Please lets make it easier if we are wrong by not providing what we need to return the item , i work in customer service every saturday outside in the heat , cold , rainy days , and i always show my customers a happy face , no matter what . Be nice to people the way you want em to be nice to you ! Be happy !! Life s beautiful !! Hope this makes you think a little bit ! ?

I've you this ups store several times and have always had a good experience until today. Staff was incredibly rude and inefficient, especially Alex, although the other staff member was also rude. Refused to give me their managers information so I can file a formal complaint. I will use a different ups from now on!

Just drove to this location because the hours say they are open until 6:30 PM online and they were closed when I got there just barely after 6 PM. CHANGE YOUR HOURS ON YOUR WEBSITE SO PEOPLE DONT WASTE FUEL DRIVING THERE FOR NO REASON WITH FUEL COSTS WHAT THEY ARE THESE DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!

I came into a rush. I can tell it was busy and everyone was trying their best. Employees were nervous to tell prices of items as if they have been yelled at by customers before. But Lyn or Elaine I'm not sure of her name. She has a bunch off tattoos short chubby girl. And hector were super wonderful. They worked well together and with customers.

I am absolutely amazed at the bait and switch I just got from this UPS store. Went into to ship a picture in a frame. Total cost with materials and packing was 56.00 for 7 day delivery. I thought that was in the ballpark for no rush ground. I get home and an hour later the same girl that took the order calls me and tells me she made a “mistake” and it would now cost 150.00!!!!! How do you make a 100.00 mistake? She measured and weighed everything. I call scam! I’m doing a BBB complaint along with a complaint with the owners of the location and ups. Avoid at all costs!!
After reading other reviews it seems they have a common issue of bad service at this location. Go to FedEx. Much better service.

Worker was very lazy and told me my item weighted 5 oz went to a USPS store to see if it was true and when they weighted the item it was 1 oz. This location definitely loves to rip off their customers.

This place deserves zero stars. They are fraudulently charging people to accept Amazon returns. Returning to Amazon through UPS stores is free per Amazon. When confronted about this, the owner becomes belligerent and yells and screams in your face. Amazon is aware along with UPS corporate. Be very careful if you try to use this location for your returns or any shipping needs.
Edit: it’s amazing how they just copy and paste a response from a different post without actually making sure they were responding to the actual person that that happened too. Mine experience was different then the poor lady who you verbally attacked, I witnessed it happen. And to address charging… why is it when I take my Amazon returns to ANY other UPS store, I am never charged? They just take my package and then I’m on my way. And amazingly, my returns always end up back to Amazon. I get times are tough, but STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE. If you can’t make ends meet in your run down dead fish smelling store, then find something else to do, which hopefully doesn’t involve interacting with people. Your reviews lately speak for themselves. Do better.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Let's start with the fact that they tried to charge for an Amazon return in its original packaging. Despite it being free through Amazon prime. Then they advertised an envelope for 3.99 on the shelf. There was a stack of over 20 there. When we got up to the register, the "manager" came out, and magically, it went from 3.99 to 4.49+tax. So our free return was going to cost around $5. When I raised issue, the manager started raising his voice, interrupted, and eventually kicked us out. He refused to process my return without paying him extra money under the table. Shady business and will be reporting to Amazon, UPS corporate and the BBB.

Last year the store was open late they were friendly and helpful. One year obviously makes a difference because this is the least helpful UPS Store I have encountered
