The store here charges you 3.00 pers 10 second computers use plus a printer fee for an Amazon package they get paid for ridiculous the store personnel were rude. The pricing in the store should not reflect what your rent is. The pricing does not match today's market for the currents rates. This pricing should be fair and if a costumer needs to use a computer for 10 seconds there should not be a charge. Amazon is your biggest shipper and they should be covering your over head etc. This is pure over pricing and rising people off. Then you do not offer a discount for Military but you offer AARP who cares about them did they take a bullet for this country?

Staff closed up early. The location closes at 6 pm on Friday. Arrived at 5:50pm, and they were already closed (lights off, security gate down, no one around). I would have driven to a different location had I known they closed early. Unfortunately, I won't make it to another location before they close.

I recently had to mail something through my local UPS Store and was pleasantly surprised by how easy they made the entire process. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient, ensuring my package was sent off without any hassle. I also inquired about renting a mailbox and was impressed by the detailed information they provided. They answered all my questions and made me feel confident about the services they offer. Overall, my experience at this UPS Store was excellent, and I highly recommend it for both mailing and mailbox services.

I’ve been going to this specific location for well over 2 years now. I’ve waited this long to leave a review because these types of mail services tend to have transient workers, who tend to have no sense of ownership, relationship with the community or the stores’ customers. Although I found this to be the case at every other kind of Mail service store at several locations around LV and Summerlin, I have not found a trace of that demeanor in this location… and I’m Sooooo glad? As soon as you walk in, there is a noticeable calm in the atmosphere. The staff always greet everyone (without fail), and they will always show themselves helpful. As for me, they must be super helpful, but they never show frustration. And I am very grateful. They are the real SUPER HEROES of Las Vegas

Awful customer service. I visit ups often and this is by far the worst. First ups store ever shipped something that they would not tape top of box. If given a choice ship from anywhere else.

Such a rude employee the big heavy set white male with glasses! Giving misleading information instead of having correct information and when you correct him he gets an attitude! And wants to call security they need to stop hiring people with no customer service! After Covid they just hiring anybody!
