DON’T GO TO THIS ONE GO TO THE NORTH LOCATION.Bought a hat that was damaged and needed to exchange so I went back the next day around 1PM. They wouldn’t let me exchange because returns/ exchanges were “CLOSED for inventory” and to come back tomorrow to do the exchange. Even though I told them I was flying back tomorrow they didn't care. lol. Later went to the North True Religion Store and they said they don't close returns / exchanges. The North Location took care of me with no problem.So this location lied and made up some story because they were too lazy to do the exchange. Since they were too lazy to return i had to spend $$$ on more ubers. Cashiers also had an attitude lol. This is absolutely unacceptable and will be contacting corporate about these lazy and lying employees.

Went in there looking for jeans and the two ladies did not bother to acknowledge me. They seemed put out when i asked to try things on. I did go to the Lucky store and bought two pairs.

Al sales are final here i had to go to other location to change my stuff after they told me they can only mail it back and im out of luck nothing u can do went to other location they had no problem and got a 1200 sale on top of the returns u guys took a loss beacuse u didn't want to work this is a religion

My son and I went to the south outlet mall location and bought a few items. After we got home my son realized he grabbed the wrong size so the next week we went to exchange them for a different size exact same item. The guy then told me that they had been on sale when I purchased them but they weren’t anymore so I’d have to pay the difference. Such horrible customer service and never in my life encountered that kind of service. The North outlet told me I could go there and they would make it right! So we will be using North outlet location for any further purchases. It wasn’t about the amount it was the principle. Should have been a straight avid exchange and I had my receipts! So if you are a True Religion shopper shop NORTH not south outlet mall locations for better customer service!

Upon visiting Las Vegas for the very first time enjoying my trip and decided to shop in store rather online like I usually do. I decided to go shopping with a few friends before our departure. Never in a million years would I thought going to my son favorite store to shop and be humiliated by the salesperson Cameron. I’m still in disbelief how I was humiliated by this salesperson. Never been in Las Vegas in my 44 yrs of life, just enjoying a girls trip and we decided to go shopping and get humiliated in front of many customers. Accused of stealing and was talked to with much disrespect even while we was being respectful to this salesperson Cameron during the whole encounter. So If you’re an African American with long braids wearing $1100 sweatpants and white Tshirt with Crocs please don’t enter this store. Cameron will immediately ask you to leave his store saying he has footage of you stealing from other stores but can’t produce a video even after you still being respectful to him and he calling you terrible names in front of customers. Acting like a 2yr old having a tantrum. Cameron who will actually steal from other stores come to Tru Religion and stand there for 30-45 minutes trying to have a intelligent conversation hoping you’ll understand it’s a misunderstanding and wrong identity. But yet he still being a character even during a conversation with head of mall security and police department. What a humiliating experience at Tru Religion with Cameron. I truly hope they get better salesperson to represent their brand. I know now to NEVER shop at this store again. Afraid of what may happen next or be accused of. Even after a month I’m still in disbelief but grateful my kids wasn’t with me to hear Cameron words and see his silly untasteful actions.

Came into the store on a slow Sunday afternoon looking to return an item I purchased online. There were no other customers in the store. The employee asked me if I used Apple Pay saying that If I did I would have to return it by sending it in the mail. I explained that I had made the purchase directly to my debit card and asked for a refund. I even showed proof from my email receipt. The return policy also states that you can make returns in store from online orders if they were placed directly on a debit or credit card. Instead of accommodating my valid request, the employee told me to send it back via UPS. I drove over an hour to the store and now I'm not sure if my return will get to the warehouse within the holiday return policy. If it's a few days out I hope they will still honor the return.

Do yourself a favor and just buy there stuff on there website i bin wearing them since 2003 and bin to tons of outlet shops all over and this one is way overpriced versus there website but u know what was the worst thing about this location is the customer service there extremely rude Cameron there is a real a**hole like I said just buy it online I live in true religion and there prices here are way off from there website

Always a pleasure when it says a place closes at 9pm, you drive 20 minutes all the way over there with skyrocketing gas prices, and it's closed. It's the simple things in life.

This location need to be closed down or hire new people. The same rude guy not wanting to work is here every time. I'm not even giving him his job title as "customer service" because he's not here for that. He's getting paid for driving customers away by being rude and yelling. Not to mention racism. Don't expect a hello or welcome...ridiculous
