Racist atmosphere. We walked in and everyone stared at us. We never been in there before so we were looking around. Not one staff member asked us if we needed help or said hi. It was a very disgusting experience. I definitely wont be back. Shame on you all.

I go every week. It has all my favorites. The prices are exceptional. The atmosphere is always relaxing and the employees are super friendly.

Haven't been there in years so I'm not sure why you said I visited two weeks ago. I know most people love this place but I can't stand the smell of any Trader Joe's I've been to. Sorry!!

An employee told me I couldn't have my "pet" in the store- when I informed her that he was a service dog, she told me that he wasn't (a large, loud vacuum came past and he pulled away slightly). She claimed that if he was a real service dog, he wouldn't have reacted at all. I'm not sure what she knows about service dogs, but many still react slightly to some alerts, like metal on metal sounds, etc. This employee chose to publicly embarass me in the middle of my otherwise calm grocery outing. We were able to calmly continue our trip and check out but this was frustrating and demeaning. Otherwise, love Trader Joe's and the service I encounter there.
