I had an awful experience with the manager and the associate after they failed to honor the coupon in my email and after she did honor my 20 percent coupon she put it on my bracket that costed 6 dollars which took off like 90 cents ? I had another item which costed 20 dollars and she didn’t put it on that item

Everyone in the store was extremely friendly and helpful. I asked a question about if they had any experience with an item shrinking, the floor staff had great feedback. I was able to find multiple excellent fitting and stretchable black work shorts and pants.To the nice cashier with the slow register, I’m sorry about my pretentious comment when you mentioned it might be the motherboard. I said “thats a big word”. Even with my blunder of a comment, I received amazing customer service.Cannot recommend this place enough.

Waited and waited for help. Even went to the front and they called someone to help. No one ever came so I left.

I walked in here just wanting to try on pair of jeans because I'm in between sizes at most places and I'd like the options they had. I smiled at the girl upfront who did not greet me on my way in and I walked around the store trying to find somebody to let me into a dressing room once I found the desired jeans. One boy walked to the back for a break right passed and didn't ask if I needed help. I stood at the front desk while it seemed to be the manager on the phone. There was no one to ask for help so I just put the product back and walked out.

we went to tilly's looking for a specific pair of shoes, which we actually did end up finding. the one star is for the customer service, which was poor at best. my friend ended up getting hit on by one of the salespeople, who touched her foot as she was trying on shoes - which we found off putting. at the cash register, there were only 2 employees working on a long line. (we saw plenty of other employees just wandering around the store). when we finally got to the register, we were asked if we wanted to join the email rewards program. we said no, but the cashier proceeded to ask 4 more times and practically beg/guilt trip us to give them our email address. overall, very dissatisfied and weirded out. will be not be returning :/

I waited over 20 minutes to pay because there was only 1 cashier ringing on a Saturday afternoon. They have 2 registers. There were 4-5 employees in store doing other things. Shouldn't getting the line down be first priority in any retail/customer service store? This was not my first but SECOND time at this store with the same problem. My first time at this store I had to put the clothes I chose BACK because I was waiting in line for over 15 minutes or MORE. Again multiple people working and going over to the 2nd register to grab supplies but no acknowledgment. I come from a retail and customer service background and would never make customers wait in line for more than 2-3 minutes. If there was a lack of training and other employees couldn't help ring then be transparent to the customer and apologize for having us wait so long in line. Unfortunately I won't be shopping here anymore.

I Returned to this location to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size. I believe a male manager greeted me as I entered the store, he then assisted me. They didn't have the size I needed so he called every Tilly's location in town to see if they might of had the correct size. I appreciate him taking the time and going out of his way to see if other stores had the size I needed. I bought a shirt while I waited as he called around. I can't say the same about one of the young females behind the registers, rude!
