Stylist made me very uncomfortable. Took her 2 hrs to do what she called a silk press. More like a hot comb to my hair good hair that just wasn't combed out when I arrived so she felt the need to treat it like her kinky hair. I've never had a hot comb in my hair in all the 56 years of my life.

0 stars --need to close down -beware--do not go to the jcp meadow mall location: lisa murry will leave you bald and then leave for 2 month and return like nothing happened. kay---she took over after lisa vanished--told me how damaged my hair was after lisa murry left and still decided to protect her. lisa put a color in my hair and my hair has not been the same, left me with bald spots, itchy and burning scalp. the manager carolyn townsend and general manager matt taylor do not care. they covered for the beauticians. i reported it to lori in corporate she is worthless. she call them and told the to refund my credit card illegally 80 dollars and said i requested it. my damages is 10x that. they credited my account without my permission and i have not been able to do nothing. corporate did not help at all. stay away they have no accountability. they kick you right in the ass and tell you to get a lawyer==go at your own risk!!! stay away111 THIS IS ANDREA I KNOW YOU REMEMBER ME. I CLOSED MY JCP ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF THIS BEAUTY SALON

I would give 0 stars if I could. They messed up my Grandma’s hair. My grandma asked for highlights and to cover her gray hair. They didn’t do either, they somehow darkened my grandma’s hair and didn’t cover any of her white hair. She had to go in again and have them darken her white hair. Even after the second time she still has white hair showing behind her ears. Would not recommend going here. My grandma deserves a refund.
