All the hairstylist are amazing. My daughter got her hair done for the first time and Saddie did an amazing job! Everyone made us feel welcomed. My daughter is already wanting to go back to get more blonde in her hair. As I sat there for a couple hairs waiting for my daughter I saw how talented everyone is there we will definitely be going back there!

First thing I want to say is. I tried several times to resolve my situation with the owner, April.
3 or 4 emails were sent, she only responded to the first one offering me a complimentary haircut if I choose to come back.
This was the last thing I would want after I asked for about 2 inches cut and Abby cut 4 inches! Anyone that has long hair, knows it takes a long time to get their length. A lifetime of haircuts and I have NEVER had anyone tell me too look up (at the ceiling) to cut the back! Insane! To say I am devastated is an understatement. Having hair down to the middle of my back and now having it just past my shoulders I was in tears for days, I couldn't even look in the mirror!
I have spent close to $800 with tips in this salon.
I got highlights the first time and they were ok enough that I went back 2 more times. This last time being the absolute last time I will step foot in this salon. Abby does not know how to do layers at all. I have 2 lengths, that's it, no layers at all. Not to mention how choppy and uneven the cut was. My highlights are so dry that they keep falling out when I brush my hair.
It's a shame that there are other reviews detailing bad experiences, some with Abby and they continue to stay open.
April had no intention in trying to find a amicable solution.
I quote her:
"I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your hair. You mentioned that the cut was not even, would you be comfortable having Abby double check that cut and make it even for you? Or I would be more than happy to do it as well. Unfortunately we can't add length to the hair, I wish we could! What we can do is offer a complimentary haircut on your next visit, if you choose to come back. We hope that you will give us another shot as we always strive to make our guests happy.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

This is so NOT the way you run a business.
Had this been my salon, I would have apologized profusely and refunded the clients money, period.
You want me to come in for a fix from Abby or yourself?
Like I want ANYMORE of my hair cut off!
You strive to make your guests happy?
April, you should be ashamed of yourself!
If you have long hair and want to keep it, DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!!

I had a haircut and style by Sadie and she did an amazing job! I love how my hair turned out! She made sure I was comfortable with the length of the cut prior to doing anything which I really appreciated. She was super sweet and made sure I liked how my hair turned out!

I left a review already on google a couple of months ago and I'm leaving it here too! My coworker referred me here, and I'm so glad she did! I got my hair shampooed, colored, and cut 7 inches off a couple weeks ago. My stylist is Macey, and she does such an amazing job. I came back today because I decided I wanted it even shorter. I asked her for some tips on how to style my short hair, and she took the time to teach me. She went as far as to let me try to curl it with a straightener, and gave me tips on how to better hold the straightener to curl easier. She goes above and beyond. I will continue to see Macey! I hope this salon continues to get the recognition it deserves!

I called to schedule an appointment with a LEVEL 3 STYLIST. I let the receptionist know this several times and first she LIED and said that the only level 3 stylist was the owner, which wasn't true. You can clearly see on the website they have more than one. After I called her out on her lie then she basically made it impossible to schedule any appointments with any of them but did schedule me with Nick, leading me to believe she was a level 3. After scheduling me I asked her to confirm, "she's a level 3, right?" TO which she replied "No, she's a level one". Then she starts coughing and puts me on an abrupt hold without saying anything and comes back less than 10 seconds later totally fine. I told her, I don't want a level 1 stylist, I want a level 3. Well, one isn't accepting clients, one is out if town for a month and one only books on Instagram, which I am not on. Forget it, there are plenty of other businesses with integrity, skills and good customer service!!

Hands down the best salon! I felt right at home, everyone there has amazing energy. Macey did a fabulous job with my color correction and my beautiful lavender hair!! If you’re looking for vivids, I highly recommend coming here! They also do literally about anything! Definitely recommend !

Called today asking for the price for a haircut with layers and never got a quote. The lady said they were busy today gave me no information and didn’t care to get my information down even though she asked me if she could call me back. Unprofessional

I called to see if by chance they had an opening for a haircut and style on a Saturday at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised they did have a 3:30 appointment available. My reservation was with Briauna. She was extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable. I explained what type of cut I wanted and she did a great job. I was having such a great conversation that the time flew by.... I highly recommend you visit Briauna as she has been styling hair for the past 10 years. She was great. I definitely will be going back to see her.

I had the pleasure of having Abby as my stylist today, and she exceeded all expectations! From start to finish, Abby made the process incredibly easy with her professionalism and expertise. She had fantastic suggestions that perfectly complemented what I had in mind, and I couldn't be happier with the cut, style, and color she gave me. Abby's talent and dedication truly shine through, and I highly recommend her and the salon to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!
