No stars. I had been a loyal customer at this Terribles for several years, I went into get some gas this morning, and had my free spin, then paid for my gas. I asked Jeanine, the nice mgr that had helped me a question, to which she nicely answered me. Her boss Roger then interrupted our conversation. I then went off to get my free coffee I was to get with my gas, when Roger told me to stop and listen to him. I don't remember anything he was ranting about, I WAS a paying customer, that he disrespected. This will be the last time I give this store my business.

I had a blowout on the 15 & limped my car to their parking lot, where I asked to leave the vehicle overnight. The stff at this store were totally accommodating, extremely helpful & incredibly kind - now that's what I call Customer Service above & beyond the call of duty!

Five-Star review for customer service tonight. Shannon stopped what he was doing and came out into the rain to put air in all four of my very low tires since I was having trouble with the machine. It's one of those things everyone should know how to do, but I didn't, and I was extremely grateful for the help. Thank you for your good deed, Shannon. The other guys in the shop were friendly and welcoming too.

I love this location. Horace is wonderful. He's a funny guy. He always puts up with my antics and doesn't flinch when he hears the crazy crap come out my mouth. Absolutely love Horace. ALWAYS AND FOREVER (inside joke)!

i paid $10 to get a decent wash (i wasn't expecting shine and sparkle/"unicorns and rainbows") but the spinning brushes missed more than half of my back tailgate. by reading previous reviews this is obviously an ongoing issue.. their car wash needs an upgrade. but i'll never waste my money here again!

I went in to ask about a previous car wash receipt for a free wash and was told that I would have to go to the location where I got it from. Just as I was about to leave, Theresa was able to accommodate a complimentary wash -- for the inconvenience that another location failed to address. It was completely unexpected but she definitely went about and beyond with her customer service! Very grateful for the friendly experience at this location.

Went through the car wash. It only washed the sides of my truck, leaving most of my tailgate dirty. No soft water rinse leaving my truck covered with hard water spots. Manager was indignant about it saying I was the the first person to complain. I say BS. Terrible wash, terrible customer service. Got a refund and a great reason to not go back.
