if i could give this place ZERO star i would!! BE AWARE when buying a vehicle from here! i dropped 5k down on a car just for it to break down 2 months later, took it to their mechanics & got charged 700$ to fix what they “thought” was the issue. got my car back after 3 weeks & 2 days later the same issue occurred again! took it back a second time & nothing was fixed, i got my car back with the bluetooth not working, my gas gauge not working & my lights not turning off. i asked for HALF my money back & they refused, so i will be filing a small claim against this place. MANNY, CARLOS, & TERRY were very unprofessional hard to work with & CARLOS absolutely knew nothing about cars but claimed to be the mechanic supervisor at mercedes prior. if that’s the case why end up at a terrible car lot!

Run please don't purchase from here they will scam you. i bought a car from here 2 months later it started having problems . They didn't register the car at all and didn't notify dmv that they sold me the car so when I went to dmv it was in someone else's name. I tried to smog the car and it didn't pass. Then it broke down so I took it to their mechanic it was the fuel pump fair enough . About 2 months later the car stopped working completely so I had it towed to their mechanic once again (big mistake) they said the hose to the transmission was cracked so they "fixed it" took a couple weeks. Got the car back and after driving it 8mins the same problem happened. They now won't give me the money back I paid to fix the problem they never fixed and their only option is for me to buy another car from them. This place will take your money and won't care if you have a reliable car or not very unprofessional they deserve 0 stars . So beware

this place is a scam after agreeing to pay 1500 and sign all the paperwork ....weeks later they asking for 2000 and driving the car for 45 day the came and got my car talking about the bank denied my loan .... but good thing they gave me my money back..... and they dont deserve not one star

Do not buy a car from here ! The cars are all broken and faulty ! The management and mechanics are lazy and don’t like to do work! The warranty is also a scam ! And there is no real referral program ! Every 3rd word that comes out of these people’s mouths is a lie!

Sold vehicle illegally. Business not BBB accredited. DMV was involved. They did not want to give refund when asked 3 times until I brought up the legal paperwork the DMV gave me to file if they refused.

This place is a scam! I cosigned for my sister! They said they changed the brakes pads and the oil and did a transmission fluid flush.
One week after getting the car, she felt it slipping and had serious issues. I work on vehicles in my spare time the brake pads were severely worn, the oil was way past its prime. And I had to do a transmission fluid flush. It looked like it was oil. It had one of those newer Mazda transmissions where it needs the blue transmission fluid.
Then the loan didn’t go through because they put the wrong information in and show that I made a third of what I actually made. I was going through another bank and it was waiting for final approval when super auto sales had the car repo and decided to go back on the contract. I called the bank and they said they haven’t even gone through processing the loan completely yet, so there is no reason it should’ve been repo.
The guy that came to repo it said he had business with them in the past, and would not recommend anybody to get a vehicle from them. They basically did the same thing to a friend of his that he referred to this company. He said he no longer refers anyone here.

The attention initially was very good. Clearly their effort to sell a vehicle, I had the experience of buying a truck that came with a brake problem, I was in the workshop more than 2 times for warranty that had been stipulated. In the end they asked me to leave the vehicle without giving me a specific repair date. which I made my claim and they simply told us that if we were in a hurry we should take the truck and that they would not repair anything since they did not know when the part would arrive. In a disrespectful way, they threw my car key at me and literally ran away from us. The issue is not here. denigrate the place as such but if you know where to buy the vehicles in the end you are paying for an item that is sold to you for good blessings good day. Bad experience

This is a scam do not I repeat do not buy a car from this company,they never sent any paperwork to the bank so the bank towed the vehicle and told us the have no proof of any payments we had on the car because the carlot did not send any contracts to the bank and now we have no vehicle and the carlot told us it's because you owe 96 dollars when payments we do today......They will be herring from my lawyer and I will persue this matter...
