Absolutely amazing staff! Low turnover rate, diversity, meals, no peanut facility, redirection discipling, patience for the children and compassion for the parents. Just when I think I'm gonna drop my heart out of my hands, Alexis and Ms. Karina extend a level of support that I cannot express my appreciation enough for! When my husband left our family, I had to learn to do more with less. Every mistake was a devastating blow to my self worth and a test of my resilience! They've made my life easier and my son is all the more happier! He has favorite songs! He has favorite activities! His temperament is phenomenal and I owe his growth and development to the influence that the stonebridge community has had on him! He's started as a student when he was 17months. Now, he can play games and do activities suited for a 6yr old! Thank you!

This is in response to the fake account Omar H. and the 2 accounts on google reviews. Since you didn’t want to use your true name Jawanda. I am your daughters teacher and the rash was never caused by being left in a dirty diaper for a long period of time it was actually caused by an allergic reaction to her diaper the same diapers you bought. We do our job as teachers to check the children’s diapers hourly to ensure they are not sitting in their own excretion. On top of that you did not provide more diapers when she had ran out after we called multiple time. Please make sure to have your facts right before you try to talk bad about your daughter’s teachers which you had complimented yesterday while picking up your children’s stuff.

This is also a response to the fake account “Miss Jstar my love”, I want to clear up that as the teacher of the student that had a “diaper rash because she wasn’t changed often” is false, the student had a allergic reaction to the pull up’s that the PARENT provided. The same parent that is on here bashing this day care (& teachers) is the same parent that stood in my face just yesterday saying how great of teachers we were and how sad she was to have to move her child away due to other issues. If you’re going to write a review use your real name to start off, make sure to include the actual facts, and include the positive experience the way you are including your negative experience.

Hello, I just wanted to come here to write a Review to tell you that my son has been coming to this center for three years. I just want to tell you that I have never had any problems with any teacher or problems with my son during the three years that my son has attended Stonebridge. They are all very friendly and my son always likes to go. Every time I enter the school it smells clean, the classrooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean, I like the food they serve daily.

Don't bring your kids to this place for day care it's horrible. THE FRONT DESK LADY doesn't care and ,she is very rude and disrespect she yelled at the teachers ,and she doesn't take care of the place it's dirty in the air vents they about to fall. If your child get sick they will call last minute like they did my 9 month's baby. I started notice pictures they sent me of my child with his back always in a concer by his self. Looking sad .Never included in activity. Every time I pick up my child he always hungry and dehydrated and this happen everyday I pick him up. To the piont i had to take my baby to the hospital. Also my little girl she got and rash from lack of notchanging her diapers I had to take her emergency room and it was very bad .I definitely don't recommend your child being HERE!!!

I would not even give this place a single star if I could. This entire organization is a pathetic joke from the owners down to the sorry excuse of the employees. It is a cloak and dagger organization. The school's campuses smell like a low-end hospice care center. Why anyone would keep children here is beyond me. The staff are unhelpful, unfriendly and do not know what they are doing. When it comes to simple yearend tax forms, they cannot produce them in a timely manner or even by the required due date by law. They gatekeep the only people who apparently can help resolve issues. This person, or these people do not respond to calls, voice mails, passed verbal messages or emails. They consistently messed up the tuition fees and receipts. Our daughter was enrolled in one of their locations and it was the absolute worst experience ever! She kept getting sick in the short time she was enrolled, so much so we had scare for possible major health concerns of cancer. We were looking to pull her immediately from this joke of a childcare facility, but thankfully they closed the doors to this location. It probably helped save many other innocent children and families the trouble of dealing with them. In addition to the complete and utter incompetence of the staff, the children were always screaming and crying, it was a mad house always. Sure, kids cry and scream but every single time I had to drop my child off? Then towards the end I would drop my child off and the smell that hit you, was a smell of people losing their faculties regularly, and the inability to properly clean and sanitize. I was horrified. If you want stress, madness, and general chaos for your child to experience daily, come to Stone Bridge. If you want attitude and unfriendly staff, come to Stone Bridge. If you want no help a lack of communication and frustrating dealings with finances, and forms Stone Bridge welcomes you. That is all you will receive from this company. They refuse to respond, communicate, and resolve issues, they fail at cleaning and sanitizing their facilities. They fail at protecting your little ones. STAY AWAY! You have been warned!!

NO GO: Pushing the transgender agenda on pre-k is terrible. I picked my son up and they put him in a dress. The front desk, representative / Alexis sports her “gay pride” clothing/ earrings,, and that’s her business, except for when she puts pink rubber bands in my son’s hair along with big pink bowties. They charge me $85 for being 15 minutes late for the first time, during a Halloween party, and they close two hours earlier on this particular day. The teachers allowed my son to get bullied and then when I started telling him to hit back, they act like he was the problem. Miss Evita is ignorant , and had the nerve to talk down to me like I was incompetent. a former worker told me that the owner is heartless and non-empathetic as well. So many of these business owners only care about the money and she’s one of them. I’m so glad my son’s not there anymore. I would never advise a parent to bring their child here. God bless them all and have mercy. ??

Overall experience has been AMAZING! I LOVE the fact that my 3 year looks forward to school EVERYDAY!! The staff is VERY WARM AND WELCOMING. As a parent knowing your child is in good hands with staff that genuinely cares about their well being is such a relief.

Given the issue of a child's braid being pulled from her scalp and the issue the parents had surrounding that I wanted to share my own issue with them.My daughter attended this daycare starting in August 2021. In October 2021 my 9 month old daughter fell off a non age appropriate toy and ended up passing out. We had to take her to umc urgent care and they told us she had a minor concussion.I was livid however I wanted to be understanding. The toy was removed from the classroom. Krista provided training for the teachers, etc.But my biggest issue was how Krista handled the situation after. In the beginning she took 100% accountability and stated she would pay the ER bill. After the bill came I had to literally chase her down to pay the bill and honestly regretted not taking them to court after that. She was rude and disrespectful. I pulled my daughter out soon after. Beware of sending your child here.

Found this daycare through my jobs website, I was afraid to have my babies start daycare but from day 1 all the ladies in office have been super nice and very friendly. I appreciate the bond the teachers have created with my 2 year old and don’t get me started with my 8 month baby girl, I love how the teachers love seeing her and caring for her ? love the pictures they send through out the day & updates from their daily activities.

Absolutely horrible. Our kids went here for the better part of a year. They require 2 weeks notice to pull your kids out, which we gave on a Tuesday. Two weeks later they charged us a third week since we didnt attend the full week.Huh? Our daughters last day was Monday but we had to pay until Friday. Office director Krista told us they already informed us of their policy(a straight lie). They are now keeping our money. Bunch of crooks.

We had two kids here for a year. We were told that to leave we need to give 2 weeks notice. We did so on a Monday and her last day was going to be two Mondays later. I even got email confirmation of that. They charged us for the entire week instead of just Monday. (They are able to charge daily and they do so when you use vacation days). When we asked if we would get refunded or if we should just take her for the rest of the week, we were told someone would get back to us. No one ever did and we kept reaching out. Finally a week later the director who we had never met sent us an incredibly rude email saying her staff assured her that they told us that we weren't getting a refund and should just take her for the extra 4 days. That was just a lie because no one told us anything except that someone would get back to us and we had to call and email 6 times. By now we had moved out of state which is why we took her our anyways. So we are out 150 dollars and we were talked to in such a rude and unprofessional manner for no reason. So just keep our money I guess...
