BUYER BEWARE. Sam is a scammer and liar. He has sold me fakes and took money promising to pay me back and never did. He is a crook. Can't be trusted. I trusted him but he just kept reeling me in. He will have his day someday. Stick to legit people for your memorabilia not a l**** scammer like Sam.

I went to Circus Circus and happened to stumble upon this store with my mother. Outside there was a mannequin that had a black rhinestone set which consisted of a jacket and leggings. Usually with small businesses, you can bargain with the workers on a price so that is what we asked. We came across a person inside who was a man that was tall and bald. We asked if we could get the set for $50 and he agreed. A deal is a deal right? Then the man began to tell us that he wasn’t sure if he had jackets left in stock because he sold out yesterday. I started to wonder why he would agree to a price without checking what he had in stock. Then the man went on to try to raise the price to $55 when he already agreed on $50. His demeanor changed and started to have an attitude and a made a big fuss about $5. After going back and forth he goes to the left side of the store and pulls a size medium of the jacket off the rack even though that was not the size I wanted. First of all, this man lied about what he had in stock and tried to force us into purchasing the size he picked out. We are the paying customer and he has no right to try to convince us what size to purchase. He clearly had a problem with making a sale of $50 and if that was the case he should have never agreed! I got tired of the back talk from him and at that point I sure wasn’t going to give him my money. So I said I would just go to a different gift shop. After we walked away he shouts “Be nicer next time” He is extremely incompetent and a joke. He does not know how to run a business and has absolutely no experience with customer service. To say the least he is a complete moron and waste of time to talk to. He needs to take the stick out his a** and stop whining like a little b**** when he doesn’t get what he wants. Seriously, what’s the point of agreeing to a deal when you’re gonna make a big deal out of it? Head down to the gift shops in the middle of the strip for better and greater quality items or even go up a few blocks to Bonanza gift shop for all your Vegas souvenirs! And here’s a big F**k You to the bald guy that works at Sports and More :)
