I had a fantastic experience at Skechers, all thanks to Chris! I was on the hunt for the perfect pair of work shoes, and Chris was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. Within just 10 minutes, he helped me find exactly what I needed. His suggestions and feedback were spot on, and he really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Extremely unsafe location this is my second time I have been shopping with my family just for homeless people to come in and take boxes and boxes of shoes. Seems that they don’t have security until after 1PM. I wouldn’t take any children there and be prepared to be safe if you do go. I feel terrible for their employees and it’s a sad how they much danger they are comfortable putting their employees in. Sketchers is one of the most successful shoe brands in the world and they still do this it’s a shame.

This was our first time in this Skechers pretty much the same as the others. We bought 4 pairs of shoes but there system was down so we had to wait for the lady to hand write our receipt. She was nice enough she gave us an extra 10% off on the entire sale. I do recommend this this Skechers ??.

Came today to get some work shoes they had sign everywhere get 1 pair get another 50% off except for sandals !…when I got to the register the cashier told me work shoes do not qualify for that .I told her the sign was there and she said yes but we are not allowed to removed those sigh per store management. I told her what they offering was not true and they should removed and she said yes but we can’t remove those sign . HopeManagement see this feedback if you have some promotions make sure your employees have correctly information updated promotions signs so we do not have to go true this inconsistent issues .

I wish I could remember the lady's name that helped us. Very friendly, helpful, and knew what she was talking about. I give the staff, store and shoes all 5 stars.

The manager Elizabeth has terrible human quality, she was treated very poorly, she even went to change some tennis shoes that she only wore for 3 days and she did not want to accept them... what a disappointment from the staff
