They sold a defective shoe set to my teenage daughter who bought the shoes with her pocket money as a Mother’s Day gift. And when she went to exchange it two days later, the salesperson was very rude and the manager, Tuan said that they cannot exchange it due to the defect. He said he will reprimand the salesperson who sold it to her but still can’t exchange due to store policy. Someone from the company needs to look into this store’s management.

I was in Las Vegas and purchased a blouse, trousers and shoes (over $4000 in merchandise). The blouse and trousers needed to be altered. They assured me they would ship merchandise to me. I was traveling to other locations after Vegas before returning home so we agreed they would ship to arrive after I returned home because a signmature is required upon delivery. They also agreed to send tracking information when shipped. My in-store experience went fine. I worked with William and Andrew (Asst. Mgr). They did not send tracking info and first package arrived one day earlier than expected. Luckily I had returned home early so I did receive. The shoes were not shipped. I tried calling immediately. At first, the phone number on receipt and on website was not a valid number. I called another Las Vegas store and told my story and they contacted the store where I purchased and William reached out via text. He assured me he would ship shoes to arrive today 6/15/23 and again promised to send tracking info. No tracking and no shoes. Now the number on website has been changed and no matter when you call, it says associates are busy and they can't help you. All I can say is take your merchandise with you if you purchase. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Address of store is 3500 Las Vegas Blvd. Suite B12.

Short hair+Las Vegas winter=scarves. Came here after Prada and Burberry ended up being busts. Was greeted at the door and assisted by Brett (who happens to be from the same city in L.A. that I grew up in). Found TWO silk scarves for less than the price of one at Burberry, and this was on Sunday, the last day of the Black Friday weekend madness. Efficient and friendly service, nothing less than I'd expect from a Ferragamo store, outlet or not. This one, like Burberry, Prada, St. John and Gucci, are all much smaller than the ones at the Desert Hills Premium Outlets near Palm Springs CA, but all provide the same friendly and efficient service you'd expect from such stores. Brett was so personable that I actually left my personal info with him for a couple of pairs of shoes I've had my eyes on.

Why is the door locked on business hours is that a fire hazard? It's not even packed maybe 5 people shopping "looking around" They should have a rope up if they want you to wait outside in the rain.

They closed at 730 and wouldn’t open the door. The Latino male employee then FLIPPED me off while other customers were in there! Garbage! I just wanted a shirt to match my hat. I can’t wait to come back.
