I'm not sure if I caught her name correctly, but Summer* gave rude customer service to my mom. My mom purchased a jacket with money we gifted her for her birthday. 2 weeks later, she went back to see the same jacket on sale. She asked an associate (Summer) if they could price adjust. She said they couldn't, but confirmed it could be returned and repurchased with the sale price. She went home and came back with the unworn jacket. Summer told my mom she was cheating by doing this and said she could return it but could not purchase the same item back. What?? What a weird policy I can't find online, but I'm not an employee, so we'll take their word for it. If the associate didn't understand the store policy they were working for in the first place, they should have checked rather than be rude and put that on a customer by saying, "You're cheating" and waste their personal time. What are we, elementary school children? My mom returned the jacket and left.

This was my first time at Saks Fifth Avenue in Las Vegas. Carol in Jo Malone department made it a memorable experience. She allowed us to test various fragrances from Jo Malone until we found the perfect gift for our lady friend birthday. She asked us various questions (which I loved) until we got the fragrance right. Be sure to ask for her in fragrances & beauty.

Saks fifth never delivered my order “ 315381192” and refuses to return my giftcard I used. I’ve contacted 7 times and every person I talk to says they will take care of it but then nothing ever happens. Saks fifth is stealing from me!

My aunt ordered a purse for my daughter's birthday was clearly delivered to the wrong house from the picture FedEx upload and the actual picture of my house you can tell it was delivered to the wrong address. Needless to say when I called to get the situation corrected customer service was no help and just said repurchase the item. Thanks for nothing people suck. She's out the money with no gift. Never buy from there website.

I'm surprised to hear about people getting bad service here. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and professional. Some of the best service I've ever received in a department store. Great variety of clothing as well. Saks is a sharp contrast to the Macy's nearby where I had to chase down staff.

Used to shop there years ago but nowadays it really doesnt attract me at all. Kind of over priced, old lady fashions. Cocky sales people. Weird choices of clothing. Kind of an overrated store. More so for wanna be, show of customers, not me. I can find better n more trendy items for way lesser prices. Sakk sucks???

I’ve never experienced such awful customer service. I went around to about five different associates, (that were just standing around doing nothing), before finding someone that would finally help me. They were all so rude & miserable. I also had to witness the associate helping me lose her patients and yell at her co-worker that asked a simple question. Extremely unprofessional environment. There was a new hire that was lovely but unfortunately the lady training her had to ruin our exchange. I love saks but the employees at this location are absolutely insufferable.
