I returned some items, got a gift card as credit. I came back weeks later to use it and it turns out that they gave us a blank/empty card. They LITERALLY STOLD MY MONEY!!! DONT GO HERE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.

Other locations are excellent, but the staff here, with a single exception, is extremely rude. The dressing room policies are ridiculous. They treat everyone with a ridiculous amount of suspicion. The store is poorly organized and poorly stocked. Items are often damaged but not discounted.

Selection is nice prices are great customer service is awful. Location is convenient Every time I go shopping here, no matter how many hundreds of dollars I spend no matter how many times I shop at this location. I always get looked at like I’m stealing by all the employees even the security cops then when it’s time for me to check out, they all look away or walk away. It’s really sad. I work in retail at least give someone customer service if you think they’re going to steal cause it will at least leave a good impression and they won’t have anything negative to say more than likely your customer will spend more. If I could give zero stars I would.
