Love red wing i bought 4 pairs in this location . I bought a pair back in october third pair of the same style never had a problem until now they're supposed to be water proof never had a problem with the other two pairs and this third pair both boots got water inside started on my toes. Took them in and firts they said they were going to test them for water leaks in the store tool the boots to the back 10 mins later they told me they have to send them in to red wing and to get them tested trout i was just going to get a new pair since they are only 3 months old but nope . They definitely lost a customer today going to the Rancho location from now on.

I wear a 10 wide, went to you to get work boots. Your machine said I was a 9.5. Got the 9.5 wore them for 4 days to try to break them in. My toes and center palm of foot was in pain and had to take them off at lunch just to get my feet to stop hurting. Called the store week after and said I need to exchange them for a 10 wide. Had to argue with them about the 30 day comfort guarantee. They did exchange them for me but she told I just did one time for you, like she did me a favor. It's funny that on the receipt it shows the 30 day guarantee.

Excellent staff Cat and Dave are a great Team, very knowledgeable about what shoe to buy, Dave took extra time to find a boot I thought was discontinued, and called me when it was in. Cat assisted me in finding the proper inserts. I love this store, it's my go to moving forward for all my work boot and casual shoe needs. I will let my company know this store is best, and to send my co-workers here.

Staff was very knowledgeable and took their time to custom fit a pair of boots that were right for my foot style. The new speed lace setup is nice, my buddy got a pair so I ended up going with Irish Setter until I know how his hold up.

Experience was great my old boots were completely worn out. William was able to assist in me in not only finding a new pair of boots that I found comfortable but also in getting a pair of custom insoles to help support my feet on those long work days.

I bought new boots and insoles last week and had good service, I came back today to return the boots because they became uncomfortable. (Returned within the 30 day comfort guarantee) The way they treated me was completely different. They seemed annoyed and the whole interaction took more than 30mins. They also said this is the last time they do a return for me to make sure they fit the first time. This was my first and last time coming here.
